Santa's Littlest And Latest Helper

She had wound up the alarm clock... and she overslept. She overslept, and she missed Christmas! How could Santa distribute all the surprises without her help...? The littlest and latest elf was flapping her wings as quickly as she could. She didn't want to miss New Year's Eve, too... someone had to deliver those champagne glasses, and the good wishes, after all.

I wouldn't have ever thought that I might become a Petite in SL. Yes, I found them amazing from the very first moment they appeared, and the incredible precision and care of the creators who decided to give these charming critters dresses, hair, houses and even pets, enchanted me even more. Yet... despite all the charm, I've never owned a Petite. Until now.

The person responsible for my Petite-zation is Yuna Yuadl, a "happy bunch of pixels" and an old friend, who merrily frolicked around in SL for years, then - suddenly and to my greatest surprise - she's become a creator, and an excellent creator of Petite outfits and accessories at that. The outfit I'm showing here is her work, and I cannot properly do justice to it. All the detailing... microscopic, elaborate and amazing. My Petite has a shoulder pet, a tiny yet perfect robin, that holds an even tinier gift box in its beak, AND the gift box is decorated with holly leaves and berries! Just imagine!

... and when I realised I needed an avatar for this wee gem, I poked Alia Baroque and asked for his advice as to where to buy one. He answered he didn't have advice for me, only avatars... and promptly dumped a huge box on me, so now I'm a proud Fallen Gods Petite Royale! Yuna, Alia, thank you so very much for this experience. You're wonderful and generous friends.

The Huntress

She had found the horse somewhere in a street. A child might have thrown it away or parents or a mean sibling stole it to cause some desperation. So she decided that it was perfect to help her for a while. Of course if she would ever find something which would suit her need she might send it for a journey to find its real owner but at the moment the horse was hers and she really enjoyed not having to fly all the time. Her wings were fine more like being made of spider cobs and so she walked anyways a lot. The horse was robust, fast and even had a colour she liked.  Although she was very small compared to humans she was one of the best head hunters. People of her size were common in the lands which were her home so this was not really a surprise for her clients. But her love for pink and all the pretty colours was. Most did not realize that this was a benefit for her. Who would think that a cute fairy riding on a pink toy horse could hit leaves flying in the wind with her arrow.
Petites are now around for some time. They are small, cute and fun and the center of their lands - the Petite Kingdom had to move one time before because it was too small for all the wonderful items. This happened again and now it will be on a whole sim. As the first locations of the Petite Kingdom there is a lot built Petite sized and very beautiful. The sim consists of floating Islands which contain not only stores to explore.
The sim will open tomorrow at noon with events and a hunt - called the Crystal Hunt - in which many of the items on the picture will be huntgifts. For example the pink dress from g-field it fits petites and the flowerish look makes it suit the fairy like built of Petites. The set contains also a headdress and wings. The wings on the pictures are deadly besides of being very beautiful. And come from Aurora Elysium. While being wings they contain also a quiver and the set itself a bow. So they are a mix of wings and bow and arrow. It is scripted for spellfire and DCS and offers a wide range of possibilities for example to choose if it should act like a long bow in spellfire.
The brass horse is an other huntgift. It comes from Bare Rose. There is an ao included which allows to ride it.
Yabusaka also takes part in the Crystal Hunt. Their items is a choker in a male and a female version.
The hair is one of the latest releases from Wasabi Pills for Petites. While most of the hair is bound together in a pony tail some streaks managed to break free which looks cute.

Brains

Today i went to the garden to check if the plants could still deal with the winter. And i had a new visitor. An not very smart young lady who was always talking about "brains". As she was waving all the time with a pretty sharp knive i supposed that she might work for a butcher. The neighbours told me that they are waiting for the delivery from the butcher. Luckily I have a key for their house so i was able to let the nice young lady in the neighbours house. I m sure she and the kids of the neighbours will have a nice time with playing jolly games before the parents come home and she could hand out the packet. Today i spend some time on visiting stores i hadn't visited for a while. Next Yabusaka - a great store for jewlery - i won this dress and the bolero on the camping chairs of a shop named mayuki nozaki. The facemask is a freebie from the marketplace. I love how well it goes with the innocent green dress. It comes with smoking eyes. The Knife belongs to a dollarbie from a store named Losthaven. Its an awesome dollarbie a pack of items which could be used in roleplay. The contained items are very different and could be used in different kinds of roleplay (torch in fantasy, maglite in science fiction). And there are not only props contained it comes also with many static poses.

Its friday im in love ... with some great stuff

Evie's Closet has a lucky dip. There are i think around 7 different dresses you could get there. I had luck i went there once payed 40 Linden and did get the one i liked best from the pictures. The dresses come non copy but trans so you could give dresses you get twice to a friend.

I like green things. So i was very glad when i saw the march freebies at Sterling Artistry Eyes. The packet contains two pairs of green eyes and also green nailpolish. It made me laugh that the eyes fit perfectly to the makeup of the skin i normaly use. As gredy dragoness i was insecure if i should blog the circlets or not - i like them so much so i was a bit against sharing where and how to get them. But well they are a 7seas fishing gift at Yabusaka. If you fish there with bait you have the chance to catch those circlets and some more gifts. The store is also worth to visit they have some of the best jewlery i have seen in second life.
