One of them is most certainly 22769's contribution, the mesh Dandy Jackets, that come in 4 different patterns: dragon (shown in the picture), brocade, flames and peacock. You can wear them as is or combine them with one of the 6 'shirtlets' that are also included in the pack to achieve the look seen in the image above.
