The valentines diva hunt has started some days ago so its time to show some prizes. For example the one from 22769. The gift contains a female and a male version. Although it is allowed to wear the male version as female or the female version as man. The outfit is more in dark red and brown tones so its always wearable.

There is also a chair in the hunt. And its very pink. Many of the huntitems are very pink but its called Diva and Divas wear pink. Thats a strict rule. Or they wear such a cute dress as the white one with the patterns on the skirt. The gift from Before sleep is a simple top with capri trousers. Jazumi made a short pink dress. Virtual/Insanity made the cute flats.

When being sure that the loved one is also the right guy its allowed to wear this red lingerie from Voluptia. It could be worn with or without suspenders. The cute tongue with cat comes from Heart & Soul. Its not a hunt item. In the set are two version of the tongue. Both have the little cat on the tip but one of them has an animation included so that the mouth of the avatar is open. I personally prefer the one with the closed mouth as i do not want the cat to crawl into my mouth.

Inner Universe

Sometimes the prettiest places in Second Life, are also the least populated.



I found this Starbucks today while wandering around SL. It's back to school for me, and I found it kind of funny to visit the place I usually see every day on campus.



Except this one is empty, and comes with custom sky settings. No crowds, no textbooks, and certainly no one surprising me with an unwanted pop quiz.

Still, I visit this shop as someone fondly visiting an old neighborhood they used to live in.



Why do we play this game? What's in it for us to visit a world with an infinite horizon? We'll never reach the edge of the universe here, despite our subconscious efforts to do so. Our curiosity can never be sated, because there's always something new to explore.



Perhaps we play, because we really want to explore ourselves. By diving into a virtual world, we explore what we like and dislike, and learn more about ourselves along the way.

Boots before sleep

When seeing the Pursay boots from Perse i fell for them immediately. I simply love the idea of putting shoes and gaitors together. The boots look classical and elegant and are at the same time very modern. They even fit avis well but its important to be careful when picking clothes. Else you might look like a short legged dwarf. The black white striped dress is from #Before Sleep#. That store had some great items in the alphabet soup bazar and i decided that i should have a look at it again. The boots also work with short skirts and chuncky jackets. The skirt is also from #before sleep#. It has a prim attachment in the middle and is available in many colours. The jacket is from meriken.

I tested a bit more around with more stuff from #Before Sleep#. The boots and the skirt and a shirt looked fine. The combination of a tube top and blue jeans was ok but the outfit would look better with skatershoes. I really liked the look of the black trousers and the romantic teal top with the boots.

The skateboards are from No Strings Attached. They are in the rocking friday so they only cost 50 Linden today. The designer is currently working on a attachable version and all who bought the rezz version will get the attacheble version as free update. The boards have a colourchange hud so they could have 4 different looks. Im very glad that this pose set is now available as i haven`t found a comfy way to make pictures of tricks with my normal boards.
I used some outfits from the go4goal hunt in this blog entry. No strings Attached and has some great football poses as gift so if you don`t have them yet go there and get them.

Soup for all

Top secret is a very good mens freebie blog. Together with Before sleep a store for clothing and more they organized the Alphabet Soup bazaar. A small faire with nice summer clothes. It opens at the 4th of July and is worth a visit. Nearly all items shown in the blogentry are available at the bazaar. So if an item shown hasn t a slurl its available at the bazaar.

Going to the alphabet soup bazaar and being dressed perfectly for that. And having a good reason to get a lot of dresses there. As the can is quite unique but it lacks a bit in elegance.
The guys from 22769 also sell an item there which is perfect for going somewhere but theirs is perfect for going to the beach. Its possible to buy all the pieces together for 22 linden or you buy the single pieces for example when you think "I always hated left trousers cuffs" you could simply not buy it. Although i would buy the left cuff because those cuffs belong to the well textured trousers (and its not true you only could buy the trousers with the cuffs).

The bazaar is not only for friends of soup its also a great place for the lovers of cookies. This cute dress from Miinii Inc Main comes with fitting flats, sunglasses and a scarf. I like the colour very much its a nice kind of blue. I just recognized that it is an item for children. But it also fits smallish avis without any trouble.

Before Sleep is one of the organisators of the Bazaar and have of course a lot of cute stuff in their booth. For example the shirts (Hottie and Geek) and all the flipflops shown in the blog are from before sleep. They only cost 1 linden, but as all flip flops they maybe only last for a summe,r so it would be best to buy them in all colours, which are available, to be prepared for some more summers which might come.

There are some funny free shirts available at the bazaar for example the "Let's the games begin" one or the bazaar shirt. The shirt on the right hasn t anything to do with the bazaar its one of the new lucky board items from mnk but goes very well with the trousers from before sleep.
