Flying to shop

She loved living abroad. As she was never much into spending time with other humans the little house in the marsh was exactly what she needed. Of course she had a really good internet connection which had been very expensive but money never mattered to her. The only annoying thing was that she had to learn to fly a plane. On an other way she would have always needed the help of others to go shopping. And she loved flying alone over the marsh. It caused that she went more often shopping then in the time in which she lived in the town.

The Usami outfit is one of the latest releases from Bubblez Design.The set contains black tight pants and a shirt in two colours, black and maroon, which is worn over a white blouse. It is also possible to wear only the shirt on the top and to replace the white blouse with a bra for example. The tie and the white collar are a nice detail. Beside this there is also a shopping bag in the set.
The boots come from perse. They are perfect for shopping or to go for a walk just comfy and elegant at the same time.

Favourite Curry

Culture Shock is still going on and this is an other donation item from Acid & Mala. Its a red hippy top with a fitting skirt. The items are mod so it was possible to make them fit. The top comes with systemlayers so everything is covered decently. It reminds me somehow on my favourite meal as it looks a bit indian in my opinion. So time for sharing a recipte.

Savoy Cabbage Curry:
1 lb (450 g) savoy cabbage
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
1 cinnamon stick, 3 inches (7.5 cm) long
4 tbs ghee or vegetable oil (Butter works too)
4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed'
1 tbs grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp turmeric
4 medium-sized ripe tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2/3 cup (150 ml) water

Grind the cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon stick into a fine powder and set aside.
Heat 3 tablespoons of the ghee or vegetable oil in a saucepan over moderate heat. Put the cubed potatoes in the pan and stir-fry them, scraping the bottom of the pan frequently, until they are lightly browned. Remove them from the pan and set them aside.
Put the remaining tablespoon of ghee or vegetable oil in the same saucepan and stir-fry the grated ginger, cayenne pepper and turmeric. Fry for a few seconds more. Add the shredded cabbage and fry for 3 or 4 more minutes, stirring regularly to mix it with the spices and prevent scorching. Add the tomatoes, fried potatoes, salt, sugar, and water. Cover the pan and simmer over low heat until all the vegetables are tender. Before serving, sprinkle the previously prepared ground sweet spices over the top and mix gently.

It might sound a bit odd to add cinnamon to such food but it really is needed and makes the curry much more tasty. It is also not a problem if some parts of the potatoes get glued on the saucepan when you stir them because you will put in the savoy cabbage into the saucepan and with the water it will disolve the fried potatoe parts from the bottom of the saucepan so that there is no need to be afraid of long dishwashing after eating.

Dressed wrong

Amalia always wanted to spend her holidays at the beach. She loved to spend a lot of time sleeping in the warm sand while her skin became tan. But this time she somehow got into the wrong plane and landed in the mountains. She was not really happy. The landscape was great and the weather was too but there was no beach and she only could spend her time wandering. But she only had dresses for the beach with her. So she spend her time running up and down the mountains to avoid to freeze.

Schön released an other dress which is free in second life but put out free with the intent that the ones who get it donate in real life to help those who are suffering in Japan. Its a short summery outfit with a bikini like top and a short skirt. The skirt is made of three primparts. The texture of the dress looks metalic.

Combat training

She spend ages of training at home. Jumping through the room one knife at her leg the other one caught between her lips. Walking on her hands, jumping around. Her body was covered with bruises and scars from all the training. After she had managed to destroy all her clothes she finally found a solution. So she wrapped herself into duct tape which was the first material which survived her training.

I love the new boots from Perse. As everything from that store they are elegant and sophisticated. At the moment they are available in ten colours here a picture of five of them. The boots look like being perfect for long walks, shopping and also for spending some time in the barn. They look great to short dresses as well as combined with tight trousers. The boots come with a resize script. The duct tape comes from League and the knives are both available at Virtual/Insanity. The short grey dress is one of my favourites from 22769. It is a knitdress which could also be worn as top combined with jeans.

Walking up a hill

She was proud when she finally reached the top of the hill. She had been wandering for ages but her boots were very comfy so it was ok. Only her knife looked like she would loose it soon. But she did not know that yet.

Acid & Mala sell a cute violet dress for a reduced price for members of their group. The set does not only include the dress it also contains a top. The dress is worn with straps on the system layer, for the top there are cute sculpted sleeves included in the set. It is cute how the dress looks like having several layers and also that it looks like there would be lace in the same colour over it. Weapons always look good as accessory so this knife legband from Virtual/Insanity is just great. The texture of the band is changeable and it has a resizescript too.
Perse released a lot of new boots. The ones on the picture belong to the ones in spring colours. They have a resize script as well and look like being made of leather.

Walking through cherryblossoms

It was the time of the cherryblossoms again. Although the area in front of the town had been a landfill for some years but the cherrytrees survived and now they were in bloom in the middle of dead earth.

Sometimes rats who missed their home made strange sounds. But it was clear that this place would be wonderful in some years when the gras would have made its way back.

Perse is not only a store for great and unique boots and shoes. There are also lots of dresses available there. Those stripped ones are one of the latest releases from perse. They are available in many colours and look great. I like how the textures look shiny at some parts and how the shadeing is done. The prim part is easy to adjust and it has the same colours as the textures of the dress. The dresses have holders and go well with high heels or lowerboots. I picked my favourite boots from perse which look good with nearly every outfit and colour. The black and white scarf is the project fur item from Zeery. It has an animal print, I picked the Zebra one but there are also other versions available. For example in a snakelook or giraffe style.

Clover Knight

Santaria was a knight or more a knight of heart. She always wore great jackets which looked like a uniform and of course her boots fitted to that look. So one day she decided to explore a castle.
She normaly did not wear weapons but at this day she found a big cloverleaf and she decided to use it as shield. But then she heared strange sounds and she started to sneak through the building searching for the source.

When she found out what caused those strange sounds she was more than glad about her "shield". It had started to rain and the cloverleaf was a good umbrella.

The outfit for this picture is a mix of some of my favourite designers and some of them are even friends. No Strings Attached is definitly one of my favourite pose stores. Milli the owner is very creative and the cloverleaf is just one of her brilliant props. It has many inbuilt poses and might be great for pictures with fairys as well. I like it alot that it is only needed to touch the leaf to change the pose and that it is not needed to wear a different version of the prop for every pose.
The Jacket and the makeup are new from a:s:s. Fauna blogged allready the pink version of the Jacket and it looked fab on her. I liked the red one a lot. It is comfy to resize and comes in a version for guys and girls. In the set are both versions included so if you shift your gender from time to time the jacket still fits. The jacket is available in many colours. Its the same with the makeup.
22769 made the jeans. They are kind of lowrise I would say and also available in many colours. The set includes also sculpted prims for the lower legs. But with the boots they look better skintight.
I love those boots from Perse luckily they are available in many many colours so its easy to find a fitting pair.

Beloved by Butterflies

Some flowers have green blossoms and some butterflies know that. So they flew around me trying to get my scent to decidede if i m a flower or not.

When seeing this dress from VUI at fashion for life i had to have it. VUI itself closed it doors but they have a sales booth at fashion for life. This dress comes in a mix of shades of gold and green with a very metallic look. The combinations of colours are impressive. The skirt looks a bit like it would move but it does not. The frills around the neck have been made with the same or similar textures as the skirt, but they are a bit smaller. The dress comes also with a small headdress. It might be a bit brave to combine a green dress with purple boots but the boots from perse are so unique in their mix of classic and modern style so they go quite well with the dress. And as they are available in many colours its possible to pick them in a dark grey as well.

Black and white patterns

Sometimes its nice to wear a hat. Normaly hair with hat does not suit my avatar at all. But this one which belongs to an outfit from KWZ is great. The set comes with the hair in blond and in black. I prefer it in black as i normaly always use black hair. For the combination i used this very colourful and special skin from the Dimbula Rose Lucky board. It makes the look even more special in my opinion. And as the outfit is just black and white it could use some colour and also bear the colour. A combination of a red dress and this skin would not work for example.

The outfit itself is completly black and white. It was sold on the clothing fair last year and is now available in the new KWZ store on the blue bird sim. It is an oriental version of the Juliana dresses. I blogged the other versions ages ago.

In my opinion its always tricky to find fitting shoes to outfits like this. The outfit itself is so frilly and stunning that it should be combined with shoes which are more classical. The Pursay Boots in black and grey from Perse fit quite well into this. They are classical and modern as the rest of the outfit. And the outfit is classical in some parts. The collar is just like the collar of a shirt somebody could wear at work. The hat seems to be a modern version of a hat a shepherdess might have worn. And i would also not call the used patterns modern. But because of the used combinations its a more modern outfit.

This set contains, different than the other Juliana Dresses, also a long skirt. It it has similar patterns at the top on the bottom. But the mix of playfull flowers and strict geometrical patterns has also been used in it. The rat on the upper arm does not belong to the dress. It is from the a friend like ben poses from No Strings attached (i only used poses from this store for this blog entry). I really like this dress a lot. KWZ has also some freebies in the store which are great as well so its worth to spend some time on visiting the store.

Searcher

Most people do not know that but elves are great spacemen. Some of them are even better in spacewar. So it happens quite often that they need to go on a trip to search their kidnapped relatives. Etena was one of those. She was searching her sister. Having finally reached the spacestation where she supposed her sister would be kept she put the little rest of her sisters blood in her eyes. On her forehead the shinning lights of a searcher appeared while she ran through the hallways.
The searcher glared when seeing the tanks. She hated those as she had been kept in one of them for a long time. But that was a long time ago. She had to search her sister.
But the lights on her forehead directed her to the tanks.
Fallen Gods Inc. have new welcome gifts. And i just love that shiny green facetattoo and the eyes are also great (they must be a great roleplay item for vampires or demons i think). The colour of the tattoo reminded me on science fiction stories. So i had a look in the search for science fiction sims and found this great one from the pictures. Its named Saiwa Clone Station.
The suit is a dollarbie from Omega Point its available for a long time now and i still love it. Im not sure at the moment if the sim still exists because i somehow do not manage to go there but its such an old sim that i somehow doubt that it could be gone. The boots from Perse are still one of my favourite boots. I still love them a lot.

Red Tube

Standing a bit annoyed in a swamp and thinking about how to get to the other side to talk with the spiderelephantbat. The whole 22769 autumn collection for women is cute. I didn t had the time yet to blog this cute red outfit. Its a mini dress which could either worn as dress with short or long sleeves and also comes with fitting jeans so you could wear it as a sweater. The pack also contains a fitting belt but well the rests of my last meal have been put together to the elephantspiderbat so the belt didn't fit me anymore. The boots are from perse. I still love those boots its just amazing how well they fit to nearly everything.

Tired

Being tired after a night working in the ghost train Armanda only rattles a bit with her chains on the way home.Shush takes part in the love of halloween. As shown in the first post about for the love of halloween they got an amazing gift in the hunt but they also got some great exclusive dresses in the event. The orange black dress comes with a collar with chains on it. The chains are connected with a simple "boo". It could either be worn or without straps. The red black outfit comes with a fitting collar and a wristlet. It could be worn on one or on more layers. So you could decide how sheer it should be. On the picture you see it in the most sheer and the most covered way. The black pumps are a subscribergift from SLink.

Boots

Looking around at shadows of intent while wearing a pair of great boots. The boots are high enough to keep the water out of them when walking through the water at this place. Perse has a sale at the moment. So this is the perfect chance to get the pursay boots in all colours. Those boots are simply amazing in my opinion. I thought that a woman needs only a pair of decent high heels, sneakers and boots. So i hadn t bought shoes for a long time but wasn t able to resist the boots from perse. For me they are the perfect mix of modernity and classical elegance. The big pack of the boots contains the boots in 13 colours. And of each colour four versions (with buttons/without buttons and two kinds of shoes). Of course the colours are also available as single packs. What i find amazing is that the boots even look great in colours like purple or yellow. Its also surprising to how many different outfits they fit (i used the boots for some blogentries).

Kazoo

Jumping into the leaves while playing the Kazoo. And digging my toes into the flip flops to avoid that they fall off. Intrigue Co. has a flickrcontest going on at the moment. Vampire Huntress

In the morning the mighty huntress of all bloodless spends time with sports. First she searches for something to balance on to do some yoga. To be able to deal with cold feet she soon gets rid of her flip flops and bances bare foot on the cold steel while stretching her legs.
But even a huntress needs some more clothes when going hunting so she puts on boots and trousers and trains while wearing them.
She fights against invisible enemies. Testing if she could hold the balance while wearing a coat. It simply looks better while fighting.
Then she moves to her hands and knees and trains what do to when a bloodless one had managed to get her onto the floor. But she allready recognizes that she is getting hungry so she jumps off the building and searches the next bakery to get a croissant.
The Nightwalker outfit is the latest release from Ezura. With that name it reminds of course on vampire films. The set comes on all layers and with three kind of trousers and two kinds of tops. You should either wear it with hotpants or long trousers (low rise and normal ones). The top comes in a short and in a long version. They both have pretty patterns on it. The short top has a very nice cut as the texture in the middle is cut out.
I love knives so im very glad about the knive for the shoulder and the leg which are included into the outfit.
The groupmembers of Ezura get the outfit for a lower price. It is also for sale on xstreet for 300 Linden. Of course even vampire hunters do not always wear black so its also available in white and red.
The laces for the ankles are from the ribbon lucky board.

Rocking for Unicef

When finding some instruments she got in mind that she always wanted to be a rockstar. So as there was no stage nearby she went to a dock.And started to rock her guitar as good as she could.
Her posing was allready ready for stage and she was quite sure the fish in the water liked her music.
Then she decided to sing. First she felt insecure. And sang very silent.
But then she decided to start to rock. So she started singing "my heart will go on" as loud as she could.
Suddenly the water under her became rather tumultuous. It seemed like the fishes tried to destroy the dock. But as it was build of good wood they had no chance and she also thought that the fish liked her singing that much. Suddenly a huge fish even jumped out of the water right into her arms. Seems like it prefered commiting suicide instead of having to listen to her any longer.
The poses with guitar or microphone are from No Strings Attached. That store takes part in the Project Donate. The instruments are very well build and of course the poses are great. The guitar comes with five poses the microphone with a bit more. Its amazing to see how the items from No Strings Attached become better and better. The instruments contain now a menu where you could choose your pose.

The outfit is a mix. The jeans are from 22769 and the top with the star is also from that store. I won the jacket on the ribbon lucky board. The red boots are of course from Perse. When visiting kowloon i saw a camping chair which needed only two minutes. I didn t understand anything from the words over it and after two minutes of sitting around i won a fish. Its now seeable on the last picture.

Look of the day

Exploring one of the greatest sims i know, Devils Moon. The sim is build by Abramelin Wolfe, who also created great stuff like the tiny couple animator. Devils Moon looks very much like the scenery in bladerunner. So a kimono fits very well to the place. But as it just stoped to rain its better to wear boots instead of getas to avoid getting wet feet.
The short kimono comes from Milky House. I like the mix of kimono and short dress and love the colours. The boots are from Perse and i just love them. They fit to so many different outfits and look so modern and elegant.

Beat Clash Hunt

Running through the streets in a kimono i just found and jumping from time to time because of being rather glad of having found it. The kimono is one of the two hunt items form A.M.K.R in the Beat Clash hunt. The hunt started today and will end at the 31th August. It takes place at Sinners Heaven and stores like Black Maria, BC 322 or deviant girls take part in the hunt. There are kind of money bags hidden all over the sim. Some are just a fake others give you great gifts like the kimono on the picture.

Its a short military kimono and comes with two different obis. It has lots of small details like cuffs and buttons. The headpiece does not belong to the hunt item its from .:XX:. Millinery.

Look for having a drink with a robot

Its important to be dressed right when going out. Especially when the bartender is a naughty robot. If the clothes are too short he flips out and gets a leak and if everything is covered he does not give gratis drinks as he sees then no reason to make you drunk. So its important to find a good mix. The top and the pants are from the phoenix rising sale (the store is going to close and they sell everything for 100 Linden). I like the bow of the corset very much. A:S:S started to sell viewer2 tattoo layer eyeliner named guyliner and i had a look and tested if the guyliner also looks fine on females and it does. They sell one makeup for 20 Lindens and there is also a free one which i used on the picture. The earrings are from womens dreamy body shop and well the boots are my current favourite shoes and they are still from perse. The eyes are from my favourite eyestore - Sterling Artistry. They are rather big dragoneyes. Silverr the owner sells twelve different colours of dragoneyes on the picture i used the ones in TealSplendor.

Look of the day

Today is a good day for doing the laundry. But waiting is a bit boring so its a good thing to paint a bit until the laundry is done.

I have that dress for a while now and like it very much. It was a gift from oyakin at so kinky 10. So kinky was quite a cool event it has been 4 concerts and if going to them you got some tokons for gifts. The jacket is from mnk. I think it was in a hunt but its also available in the store. I absolutly love the boots from -Perse-. The mask was on a very slow lucky chair and i was very glad when winning although i met some nice furries and tinies at that chair.
