Au Revoir Mashooka

Mashooka is one of the best stores in Second life. Now their are going to take a break of a undefined time (they will still be on x-street). The store is still open at the moment so there is still the chance to get some things from the lucky chair. And to get a great hunt gift.

The top on the left side the mashooka with love from ... hunt gift. It could be either worn with naked shoulders or with a shirt under it. The golden trousers come from Somapop but the pink dress on the right is from one of the Mashooka lucky chairs.

For the free and the brave

I d like to mention some free stuff i found in the last days or well some of it have been groupgifts so i could stay at home and nibble at my toes.

Time for blood

Little zombie girl standing in the forest after having shot some of those strange ones. Their skin has the wrong colour and they are just strange. They are not even keen on eating brains.

There is some more Halloween going on at Ezura. The orange heels are on the luckyboard for groupmembers at the moment. They are resizeable. The black ones fit to a bunny costume wich is also on sale at the moment. They are black and have cute ankle strap and a bunny on the toes. At the heel is also a bunnytail.

Kazoo

Jumping into the leaves while playing the Kazoo. And digging my toes into the flip flops to avoid that they fall off. Intrigue Co. has a flickrcontest going on at the moment. The winner will win a lot of hoodies. But also all people who take part in the contest get a free cute top. You find all the information to the contest here. Its a good thing that somebody takes care that this great instrument is kept in the minds.

I only wear eyes from Sterling Artistry Eyes so i was glad when i found out that the store takes part in the midsummer nights dream hunt. In the pack are three eyes in natural dreamy colours.

Vanitas

Standing at home and thinking of going out or not. Those feathers are pretty but in the year 2451 nearly unpayable. The last bird i heared of was seen in 2428. On a newscyberroom was a picture of it. It was a deformed blackbird the wings looked like they had very different lengthes and it only had one leg.
This great gown is the gift from the midnight mania from Eret!ka. The designer used a lot of symbols usually used in vanitas paintings.
For example the mask on the stick and the skulls. Also feathers are often seeable on those paintings. On wikipedia is a small article about vanitas. For those who speak german i recomend to read the german version which is more detailed.

The invasive reporter

Ignatia Erasia was quite insecure when she saw the small dragon with a teddy on a stick. It run to her bowed and growled: "greetings humble lady im Investus Investigativ and im going to interview today". It also mumbled something about older and much larger friends and eating lasses. So Ignatia had no other possibility than allowing the dragon to interview her. But she decided to tell him that she is a spy and not working in the circus what would have been the truth. Ignatia handed Investus some pictures of herself. Investus looked at the pictures and started to ask questions.

Investus: Why do you have a scar on that picture? How did you get it and why so much lipstick in such a red?
Ignatia: Well .. that scar. Thats an ugly story. I was asked to spy out a bunch of hippies. But they did take some really ugly drugs and one of them got rather agressive and wanted to stab me with a knive. I was able to defend myself but in a second i was distracted he cut through my face im really glad that i still have both eys.
Investus: And why the make-up? Or is it something you do not want to talk about?
Ignatia bites on her lip and finally she says that in the time she had been with the hippies she didn`t dare to wear any makeup so when being away from them she was very needy to wear lipstick.
(If she would have said the truth she would have spoken about a massive argument about the ownership of a pencil)

Investus: This picture is intresting, have you been among artists so that you put on such a makeup?
Ignatia nods.
Ignatia: Yes i was asked to investigate international Art smuggling to get into the art scene i used very special makeup. You also see my eyebrows on the picture i took care that they look as elegant as possible.
(Of course nobody would have asked Ignatia to investigate anything. She was bored and played with makeup)

Investus: Oh that looks dangerous what have you done?
Ignatia: This was after a dangerous Job. I went to a old ruin to find a hidden diamond. But suddenly i got attacked by a group of semi intelligent Monkeys. One of them hit me with a rock on my forehead. When the wound got swen blood run into my eyes and from there over my cheeks.
(The truth is, Ignatia had fallen from a elephant and hurt her forehead)

Investus: Why did your skin become so tan?
Ignatia: I was sent to africa to find out something there. A diamond mine had some troubles. So i had a special treatment by secret scientists. The only thing i could say about that is that many melanin was used.
(Of course she wasn t in africa, she had the idea to spend ages in the sunstudio)

Investus: The scar on that picture looks a bit older. Why the strange painting at the eye?
Ignatia: Oh this was maybe one of the most dangerousts job i ever had. In africa there was a sect which was problematic. So i had to join it to find out what was really going on. To join i had to hurt myself. So i cut my forehead. The makeup was kind of a badge.

Ignatia: No, as you see i don t have the scar on my forehead. It was an other job in africa. This time i was asked to find things out about some terrorists. Unfortunatly they found out my real identity well you could see the results on the picture.

Ignatia: There was a motor bike gang which was smuggling drugs. I managed to join them. What i found out there was very useful. I can`t say more about that.
(She wanted to play a clown in the circus but had drunken a lot so she was not really good in dealing with the make-up)

Investus: Oh an other big scar. What adventure made you have it?
Ignatia: This one was my own fault. I had to jump out of a window. And before going into the building i didn`t investigate which plants grew around it. So i hurt myself at a bush. Dirt got into the wound and well i had some problems with it but now its fine. It still hurts but i m sure it will heal soon.

(This was nearly the truth. Fact is that she had the brilliant idea to sneak into the house of her married lover to destroy the underwear of his wife. When the family of her lover got home she had to flee rather fast and hurt herself in a bush.)

The Skins from Eret!ka are all very well made. I like the colours the builder uses and the idea of making lots of skins with scars. Its worth to visit the store. The dress on the pictures is from the discount section. It has been a groupgift. All the outfits i got from there have been rather well made. That means with good working resize scripts. The shop also has a big Lady Gaga section so if you are a fan of that singer its worth to take a look at the store.

Party elephant

I love elephants. In my opinion they are very gentle and cute animals. So im quite excited about the fact that *FD POSES* sells now big cuddling elephants to sit on. And it made a drow smile. A female one even.
The elephants are available in three colours. Grey, blue and pink. They are all very cuddly.
The eyes of the elephants depend on the colour. The pink one has love in the eyes.
Each elephant has five sit possiblities. Here a picture of them. The one on the back is missing but shown in the picture with the blue elephant.
One of the elephant costs 350 Linden in a non copy version and 800 Linden in a copy version. You could have a look at them at *FD POSES*. Its worth to take a look at the store as it takes also part in the Dark Katz hunt and has a cute pose in the lucky chair.

Gothic Lolita

Maybe the man with the scythe spends some time in the fields. So maybe he comes around and has a nice talk with me.
This outfit is a groupgift from Eret!ka. I first thought that i would need ages on the posestand to make it fit but thanks the resize scripts it didn t took much time. All prim parts come with a resize script so it was nearly comfy to make the outfit fit. I like the sweet socks very much and also the corset. Its also possible to wear the dress without the belt. Eret!ka in gold

Standing all alone in a forest and being glad not to wear red. Else the wolf would have come to pester me again. But today only a quiet forest and no wolfes around. Only some dragons in the sky.

Alone and pregnant

She dreamed always of having a family. Blond children jumpin around her asking for a hug. Drooling on her clothes and making a mess in a house. She always thought she would love it. Now she is married. She thought a dream would come true when she recognized that she is pregnant. But the relation to her husband changed. He started to work very late. Often she only saw him when he woke her when he slipped into the bed in the middle of the night not caring if she is sleeping or not. But the new secretary of her husband is such a good baker. She brings her a cake every day. Its the only joy she has at the moment.
