Changeling

The light fell on her antlers and made them look like they would be glowing. In the heart of winter Eyllis always returned to the dirty old street where she grew up. Not that anybody would have been able to see her or even to touch her. She seemed to be invisible for the most humans. Some saw her and supposed that she might be a ghost which came around to haunt them.

Eyllis was of course not the first name she had gotten. When she had been born her human parents gave her the name Susanna. It always felt wrong for her but even when she was in the age that she would have been able to change her her name she did not know what different name she could choose. Normaly she felt like she would be at the completly wrong place. There was always something missing. Then one day she saw the old fae and the fae saw her and made her an offer. They would exchange their identities and the old fae would spend the rest of her years in human company while Susanna would start a life in the company of mysticial creatures. Antlers started to grow out of her head and she became able to see in the night. After a while she was not able to describe how glad she was that she never had been baptized else she would never have had the chance to be happy as changeling.

Material Squirrel is a wonderful store when it comes to fantasy accessories like wings. Now they released their first mesh items which are horns and antlers. At the antlers the benefits of mesh are well visible. There are no parts where the textures do not fit perfectly and all connections look natural. Beside this it is possible to choose between several textures and as the antlers aren't rigged they even come with a resize option. The boots are an other meshitem. They come from Miamai and are available in several colours. The shading is very beautiful and I like the asymetrical look of the boots as the lacing isn t in the middle but on their side. The biggest benefit of meshboots is of course that they bend with the movement of the leg so that the time of prims getting through the knee is over. The boots are included in a smaller and a bigger version and alphalayers for both of those. They fit also small avatars. The white outfit comes from deviousMind. Their items always have great textures. This set also contains stockings and a hat but as stockings normaly do not look good in high boots and hats and antlers are not always friends I did not show those items. The skirt comes in two versions a shorter one and a longer one and there are several options how to wear the outfit. For example the corset could also be worn with suspenders and of course its also possible to wear it without the pasties or without the collar.

Caught with cupcakes

Amelie was swearing in her mind. They had caught her again. It was always the same. She managed to sneak out of the theatre and to hurry to the next bakery but when she wanted to eat the cupcakes the managers normaly managed to get her. It was horrible. She so wanted to eat sweets. But as usuall she was pulled to the healthpolice where she had to hold the cupcakes in her hands while they took a picture of her. It was embarrassing.

She never really managed to understand why the managers pulled her to the healthpolice when she wanted to eat cupcakes. They never seemed to see a problem in the fact that she smoked. And she smoked a lot while waiting for her performance. Sometimes she even smoked during her performance. Balancing her cigarette holder in her hand while she danced or sang. But maybe it was expected that dancers smoked and not ate cupcakes. Ameli wanted both. Luckily she found a baker who was finally able to create cupcakes which really looked like apples.

Devious Mind is one of the best stores in second life when it comes to lingerie and burlesque poses (they also have the greatest lucky chairs). At the moment there is a hunt going on on their sim. Four of the stores on the sim take part in it: Chanimations, Deviousbeauty, Cupcakes & Poetry and Captain's Quarters. The huntgift you have to search for is either a bottle or an apple with a clock next to it. The gifts are stunning. The dancing outfit on the pictures is the gift fromm deviousBeauty. It could be worn in several ways. The primparts have a resizescript. The cigarette holder, the applecupcakes and the poses are the chanimationsgift. Their gift also contains the backdrop with the heights and inbuilt poses. The white hair comes from Wasabi Pills. It has a unique cut and its possible to tint one of the buns and the surrounding hair in an other colour. The makeup belongs to the new 22769 visage line. It looks like the makeup of Death. She is a character in the sandman comics and the older sister of Dream, the maincharacter in those comics.

The queen of hearts

I love the stuff from devious mind, chanimations and all the other stores on the deviousMind sim. And they got a great Valentines groupgift. Its a prop for poses so that it is possible to make a picture and look like being on the Queen of Hearts card. The set comes with two of those props. The one is for the upper body and the other for the whole body. The poses are sexy and cute. The poses themself are also in the set so if you prefer to be the King of hearts and manage to build yourself such a card you could do so and use the poses. The rose on the upper picture was also in the gift. The outfit on the pictures comes from devious mind.

Waiting for Christmas

Its allready february. So why not starting to wait for next xmas again. A good place for waiting for X-mas is DeviousMind. I have not recognized that they got xmas stuff there in their lucky chairs (there is one lucky chair the other lucky objects are tables and even an elephant). So i won this outfit and also the candycane prop there. First i was insecure if i should blog the items as xmas is over for some time now but on the other hand they are really great so i decided not to care about the current season.
An other price was this outfit with featherboa and fitting poses to make pictures with the boa and the mirror.
The pose looks also pretty good when looking at the backside. It could bei either used with the poseball which is also a part of the set or simply with the poses.
And for those who still think that santa claus does not exist. There are those x-mas tentacles which are more than willing in helping to make you belive.
