Magnolia Fairy

She always loved magnolias but she was surprised when finding the huge magnolia blossoms in her garden. They were nearly as big as she was. But with some effort she managed to dry them and to press them. Knowing some tricks she even avoided that the blossoms changed their colour during the drying and flatening process. She was very content when seeing the result. Being much thicker than normal pressed flowers she even was able to make a dress with them.

Lois Allen Designs takes part at fashion for life. As all designers who take part in this charity event for Relay for Life she donates four items which are sold in special vendors. The money which gets collected through that goes directly to Relay for Life and will support their work to find finally a cure for cancer. So here two of the donation dresses from Lois. The upper one looks like being made of magnolia blossoms. It comes with fitting wings so it is perfect for every flower fairy. Very lovely are the fitting anklet and wristlet, and the set also includes a fitting necklace and a flower for the hair.
The pink dress on the other picture is something for fairy princesses. It has a big skirt and elegant wings. The jewlery seeable on the picture belongs to the set as well. The dress is impressive so the one who wears it might gain a lot of attention.

Blue, red or just colours?

Standing at home and discussing if that blue gown suits me. The answer was yes but i was so insecure. So i tried a red gown. And again the answer was yes it looks great. But still i was insecure.
So i ended with a gown in many colours and huge patterns.
All those gowns are new from Lois Allen Design. I like them a lot.
The blue gown comes with fitting gloves. The skirt is easy modifiable so it fits also smaller avis. I like the water like look of it alot. Its just nice how the blue fades into the grey, white at the lower end (i do not really know the word of the part of the skirt i mean the closer it is at the ground the whiter it gets). Also the little details at the top are just lovely. And its the letter of the week gown at Lois Allen Designs so its only 50 Linden at the moment.

Gown: LADS : Lois Xiu, meaning elegant, beautiful (50 Linden)

This red gown is Lois donation item at the fashion fest. It has a top with crossed straps at the back and allows to see a lot of the back. Very lovely are the details at the butt piece which look like an ornament of flowers. After the fashion fest the gown will be sold normaly in Lois store.
Gown: LADS : Red Desire by Lois (200 Linden)

For this gown Lois used very unique patterns and colours. The top has a similar cut like the red gown but additional this gown has two sleves. The pattern on the top is repeated on the skirt.
Gown: LADS : Lois It's Wonderful (50 Linden)

Some time ago i blogged this wonderful peacock gown from Lois. It is still available at the store. And definitly worth to have a look at. On the left side is a picture of one of Lois outfits for men. Its a trouser with fitting shirt and suspenders. It also fits women very well.
Outfit left: LADS Suspended (100 Linden)
Gown right: LADS : Lois Peacock with shoes and Earrings (100 Linden)

For the first picture i used a pose from LAP. The poses on the second and the third picture will soon be released by No Strings Attatched.

The eyes and me

Lois Allen Designs have a great outfit in the make him over hunt. So when i read that the designer has a bargain corner i had to take a look at it and met Lois Allen herself there. She showed me her latest creation this great peacock gown. Today she released the gown and for a limited time its sold for only 50 Lindens in her store at 5th avenue.

Standing in the avilion ballroom and wondering if anybody will recognize me. But if nobody has a look at me there are enough admiring eyes in this great gown.
The style of the front reminds me a bit of a sari, as those are also kind of wraped around.

This is the headdress. Its great unfortunatly i do not have hair which really fits to it. But i suppose it would look perfect on hair with one bun at the backside of the head. The gown also comes of course with fitting earrings.
But what i love most is the train. The feather texture looks simply awesome.
Gown: Lois AllenDesigns : Lois Peacock with shoes and Earrings (50 Lindens till Sunday then it will cost more)

Of course there is also a freebie in the store. This beautiful blue dress. It comes with skirs in different lenghtes.

Make her over

The make him over hunt is great for people who love elegant trousers and unelegant trousers and suits and everything. Steven covers here my uncovered stomach. And i cover his.

Suit: SSH...Designs : MHOH3 #114 - After Hours

I love this outfit because of the suspenders. The shirt is very well made. I love the frills (im just insecure if they are really frills - but the shirt is still great).

And here a mix of the gifts from fir. I think normaly you wear the wine coloured shirt over the womanbeater top but i liked it better this way.
