Honey magician

If it would have been only about the sweetness honey wouldn't have been important for the fairies. They knew how to get sugar and some of them were amazing cooks. But honey was not only tasty it also could help with wounds. For a human it wouldn't have been a problem to get a swarm of bees but its a difference if an animal is as big as your fingernail or nearly as big as your head. It took a while until they found a way to tame bees. It was a brave fairy who found a hurt beequeen one day. She spent some time to heal the insect and they became friends. This was the first time when the fairies got honey without any danger. Later there were fairies which only cared about the bees. All the bee caretakers had a little wand which allowed them to communicate with the bees. They brushed their wings and helped them cleaning their legs. It was a great solution and at some day they even got the bees to carry them around. petite honey lover
Elvenbreath is a well known creator for fantasy clothes. With the petites they also started to create outfits for those. The Little Jeannie is one of those. Its a cute otufit coming with two kinds of trousers and a pretty scarf which is being worn around the hips. The set includes also wristlets.
The antlers from europa are made of unrigged mesh so its possible to make them a lot smaller. They are originally made for normal sized avatars. So when stretching down the horns make sure that the "stretch textures" box is checked in the build menu.
The staff belongs to a jewelry set from AZE, which has been created for Petites. The set includes also a pretty crown.
The wonderful furniture for petites in the background has been created by The Looking Glass. It includes a beehouse, furniture and decorations all in a sunflower style. The set is currently available at the fantasy faire. The Faire will end at Midnight SLT at monday so do not miss the chance to take a look at the sims before it closes.

Fantasy Faire 2012 - Cropped Wheat

Laurentiana felt a bit sad, yet very, very proud. Even as a little girl she was dreaming of becoming a „Croppie”, as her people lovingly called the college of priestesses responsible for a rich harvest. Little Laurentiana was so envious of the ladies who walked with royal dignity, always wore wonderful dresses whose soft folds embraced their majestic figures, and always displayed the symbol of their office, too: a handful of golden wheat.
Wheat
What little Laurentiana didn’t notice, though, was that some of the queenly priestesses walked around bald... because, whenever the promise of a rich harvest was at risk, like when the gods forgot to send rain or a thunderstorm threatened, a priestess had to crop her hair in order to placate the supreme powers. And now adult Laurentiana, a proud “Croppie”, was expected to offer this sacrifice, and she was ready to do what was required of her. Your hair grows back, after all... while a field of wheat, once damaged, is lost for good.
Ceres
„Indira” is another RFL donation item from Elvenbreath, and with it Selina Forder has created a beautiful gown in a vivid pink and such a light powder blue that it almost appears white. I particularly like the softness of the dress, and the beautiful golden ornaments shaped like bunches of delicate wheat. The dress also includes a pair of long sleeve attachments that I’m not showing you here. You can find Elvenbreath in the “Shifting Sands” sim.
The “Hawk2” hair is also a novelty that made its debut at the Fantasy Faire, and it’s already a classic, like practically each and every creation of MissAllSunday Lemon, the brain driving Wasabi Pills. You can find her shop at The Tides, where you can buy a special edition of “Hawk2” as a donation item for RFL.
The “Caritas” skin has been created by Pixy Snook for the April “Structure Your Skin Project” event. I’m blushing because I’ve been planning to show you it for some time, and now the SYS market is closed in order to prepare the next show. Luckily, “Caritas” is now available in the main PixyStix shop in five different tones.

Outfit including the necklace: Elvenbreath “Indira” – RFL donation item (350 L$).
Bracelet and headpiece: Mashooka “Arpita” – a previous hunt gift not available any more.
Wreath: Unveiling the Goddess “Golden Laurel Wreath” – a previous hunt gift not available any more, but you can find a similar wreath in the shop for 149 L$.
Hair: Wasabi Pills “Hawk2” Mesh Hair – 250 L$ for a colourpack that contains a “normal” and a “boobs” version of four various shades, the matching hairbases and a HUD to change the hairband colour.
Skin: PixyStix “Caritas” in Custard - 100 L$.
Eyes: Sterling Artistry “Jelly Eyes” Princess – free camping prize in the shop (0 L$).
Poses: Glitterati “Long Hair” - it was a previous hunt gift, now the single poses are available for 50 L$ and the 10-pose pack is 250 L$.

The pictures were taken at The Tides, the breathtaking FF sim built by Alia Baroque.

Fantasy Faire 2012 Preview - Ullabellatrix

The memory of her nanny always made her smile. “You must be very careful, my sweet little Ulla!” – she used to say, with a grave expression on her wrinkled face. “After sunset, the woods swarm with the most dangerous creatures, people say... those lucky who have lived to tell the tale, that is. They speak of six-legged polecats that spit fire, birds with poisonous feathers, and...” – Nanny’s voice was usually reduced to a hoarse whisper by now – “... there are ruthless, walking golden statues, too, who will kill you in an eyeblink! Promise me you will never walk in the woods after dark, my sweet child!” And little Ullabellatrix promised.
Ullabella
Oh, poor Nanny... she was a foreigner who never truly learned to know and love her chosen homeland. Why didn’t she notice, then, that her ward’s skin was slowly turning into a pale gold, as it customarily happened to the princesses of her House when they approached womanhood? “... and I bet she never counted Fuzzball’s legs, either...” – Ullabellatrix chuckled, then she whistled to her faithful polecat, she patted the deadly feathers of the bird perched on her shoulder, and began her night patrol in the wilderness.

The 2012 edition of Fantasy Faire is around the corner, and look at these beauties that will hit the shelves in a few hours!

Elvenbreath by Selina Forder was among the very first fantasy shops I stumbled into in SL as a noob, and now I have the pleasure to show you one of her exclusive FF items, “Ulabeth”. It is a beautiful ranger/hunter outfit in soft fawns and orangey golds, rich in elaborate details such as the medaillons on the shoulder strap and the belt. The strap, the skirt and the boots come with a resize script, so be you tiny or tall, you’ll be able to wear “Ulabeth” as if it were your second skin.
Talking of skins, “Beatrice” in Gold by Lerochelle Destiny of De La Soul stunningly complements Selina’s outfit. I love the delicate tattoo pattern around the eyes, and I only added a lip tattoo layer of my own because I’m too much of a perfectionist, and not because De La Soul products need any correction. :) “Beatrice” will be available in other fantastic gemstone colours, too, of which I’m going to show you some more very soon.

You’ll find Elvenbreath and De La Soul on the “Shifting Sands” sim here, and here.

Outfit: Elvenbreath “Ulabeth” - RFL donation item (350 L$).
Skin: De La Soul “Beatrice Ikon” in Gold - RFL donation item (350 L$).
Crossbow: GTS Design “Viking Sniper Bow”, a fully functional weapon with HUD – Three Moons Hunt 2 gift (0 L$). The hunt is on until April 30th.
Hair: D!va “Mana” in Black Amber – group gift (0 L$), and it’s free to join the group.
Eyes: Sterling Artistry “Discovery Eyes” The Far Away - 65 L$; the 6-pair pack costs 260 L$.
Lip tattoo: Lovely Mi “Leafy Lips” – previous hunt gift, not available any more.
Poses: Embody “Supermodel” Get Down in the first picture, and Embody “Supermodel” Tough Girl in the second one. The “Supermodel” megapack is a previous discount item, now one pose is available for 49 L$ and a five-pose pack costs 199 L$.

The pictures were made at Enchanted Swansong.

Waiting for Alice and some more

Oh how i love the midnight mania at SR Leatherwerkx. This week they got a wonderful gown in it. The Queen of hearts dress. Its simply stunning, has great textures and the resize script works. It comes with a crown and fitting shoes. The underwear made me grin. So just hurry and slap the board.
Dress: SR Leatherwerkx : Queen of Hearts (Midnight mania normaly sold for 750 Linden i think)

This green gown was on the Midnight mania board at Cloverleaf. Its no copy but trans so if any man reads this blog, if you ever wanted to make your beloved one a gift and didn t want to pay money for it go there and slap the board and give the dress to your girlfriend as gift. The parrot was in an other midnight mania. If you touch it by mistake it starts to make lots of noise, touching it again will stop it. It flys around the avatar from time to time. And its also trans and not copy.
Dress: Cloverleaf: Evening Rose Gown ~jade~ (Midnight mania board, else 150 Linden)
Parrot: * - Deutsche Gesten.:: Funtastica ::.: Frecher Papagei animiert & Sound /Box (Midnight mania)

Elvenbreath has an easter store hunt. In it you could search for three easter eggs. Egg 3 contains this gown. Its very pretty but im sure it will look better on taller avis. On mine it looks like i either ate to much or like im pregnant. If you wear wings in roleplay you ll have to make a copy of the skirt and attatch it on an other attatchment point as its normaly attatched on the spine. So it took off my wings.
