Freedom in Red

Somewhere was a human child which maybe would be very unhappy when finding out that one of its best toys was missing but Sybil didn't care. Flying always had been something she dreamt of and when seeing the little red plane she knew that she had found what she had been searching for ages. It were ages in her opinion but the truth was she had decided that she wanted to fly about five days ago. Time feels different when being not so tall. Now she wanted to fly to the north pole. But first she had to cross the biggest lake she had ever seen.

Sybil knew that she had only gas for one more hour. Slowly she started to suppose that the big lake might actually be the ocean she had heard some stories about. She had always thought that those stories were nothing but lies but it seemed like this was wrong. When seeing the islands she started to feel better maybe she would find a gasstation on one of them. But it didn't seem like she would be lucky. Then she spotted the dragon and started to move her plane to fly to the beast. Maybe the dragon would not mind a hitchhiker.

The Fantasy Faire 2012 will start at the 21st April. Its definitly one of the best events in Second Life so all the participating stores create great items which are being sold as donationitems for Relay for Life. The plane rider ao from Creative Insanity will be one of those items. It works with Petite and normal avatars as the plane is included in two sizes. The animations are funny and the plane looks great. For the pictures the flying animation has been used. Because of the size of Petites the ao looks of course especially cute on them as it reminds on a doll which stole a toyplane to escape rude owners. The pictures have been taken on the Fallen Gods sims and the Petite Avatar also comes from this store. The hair is mesh hair from Wasabi Pills which has been rigged to fit Petites.

Demonfairy

Sina spent her life floating through the forest and over the meadows. She knew how to dance on a flower and how to spread fairy dust. But she was also very curious and when she once saw a sleeping demon in the woods she wasn t able to resist and kissed him. Since that her life became a bit strange.

Not soon after she had kissed the demon horns started to grow out of her head. First she tried to hide them. She told her friends that she would have started to wear twigs on her head. Some fairies liked that idea and started to wear twigs on their head.

But when she started to grow a tail she supposed that she would get into trouble. It was getting more and more tricky to hide her transformations. So she told her fellow fairies that she had found a way to let herself grow a tail. Of course she did not speak about how her mind changed. She was still able to dance on flowers and also to spread fairy dust but somehow everything she touched was corrupted.

Sina didn't mind it. For her the flowers and the beings around her just became more beautiful with every touch of her. They became more like her. And this was what she wanted now. Everything should be like her. She only wasn't happy that it took so long to change everybody and everything. But when she went to the spring she got a slight idea about how to speed up the process.

A reader told me about the midnight mania at. The gift is a complete sucubus avatar. I liked the tail, the horns and the rings best of the avatar so I used them together with the crystal fairy skin from Fallen Gods Inc. and wings from Material Squirell to put a demonfairy avatar together. The fitting hair comes from Wasabi Pills. The wings are a relay for life donation item. They have been sold at the fantasy faire but Kala, the owner of Material Squirell decided to put them into the store until the Relay for Life season 2011 ends. That means they are only available for a limited time. The wings are sold in packs which contain several colours of them. For all the pictures exept the one at the spring I used the Forest Dryad AO from Creative Insanity. Its a great ao for fairies and other flying beings. On the 2nd, 3rd and 4th picture the skin looks like it would be actually the violet crystal Fae skin. This is caused by the windlight setting I choosed for the pictures.

Fridelka

Fridelka was a succubus. But unfortunatly she was not really good in seducing humans to get their souls for hell. As all succubi she was pretty hot. The form of her body attracted many men but she was such a bad kisser that none of those ever wanted to sleep with her. She also was not to keen on having sex with humans as she secretly had fallen in love for a minor incubus.

Of course Fridelka couldn t tell anybody about the fact that she had fallen in love for an other demon. Falling in love was not really what a succubus should do, it was completly against all rules. Being unhappy she spend a lot of time wandering around in hell until she found in one of the colder areas a chained angel.

The most succubi would have tortured the angel. But Fridelka was lovesick and somehow had the feeling to be at the wrong place. So she started to talk with the angel. He told her about many things. And after a while she dared to ask him about love. So he told her about humans who fell in love for each other or for things. After poking the angel a bit to keep the traditions up the succubus went to her favourite spot to sit down and think a bit. She decided that she wanted to see more than hell so she went to earth.

But outside the heat of the hell her legs started to react strange. They were much hotter than the environment, so it looked like they would glow. Fridelka loved the fresh air. It was great to inhale without the smell of sulfur around her. Soon she forgot the incubus but decided to stay on earth. Somehow even the like to seduce humans, to get their souls for hell, came back. She tried to seduce a man but her kissing abilities had not improved so she failed. But he showed her how to make pancakes. As a drip of the dough fell onto her legs by mistake they heated the dough and when she pulled the pancake of her leg is was much more tasty than the ones she had fried on the normal way. Nobody who ever ate one of those pancakes was able to imagine a life without them. After having found a nice fitting bar Fridelka opened a pancake house. The prices for her pancakes were very low but she asked her customers sometimes to do some things. And her customers were very willing to do everything she asked for just to get more pancakes.

Creative Insanity is a great store for unique animation overriders (ao). Their aos are well made, great for roleplay and often come with fitting props. For the pictures I used their demoness ao. It has 25 animations. The ao could be used with or without wings there are two versions of the notecards which controll the ao contained in it.
Beside this the set comes also with two sets of wings, tail, horns, legs and demonclothing. A golden and a black/red one. Those items are mod so its possible to make them smaller or bigger. The bra and the short silks are scripted. Because of this its possible to let parts of the bra disappear on touch and its the same with the cloth part of the skirt. The purple skin with the scales was a very special donation item at the fantasy faire. It was available for around two hours there as long as Alia Baroque, the owner of Fallen Gods Inc. was kept in prison there.

Perfect blue

Wandering around and getting wet and cold feet because of all the snow which is still near the beach. But this is the price of being well dressed. I love kimonos. And i love them even more when they are a bit special and different. This one is kind of a mix between a loli goth dress and a kimono. It comes with a fitting headdress, socks and shoes. Although i normaly use the shoes from the brown version of the dress. There are blue ones included but i like the ones from the brown one better.

The textures of the dress are lovely. Shades of blue mixed with white. There are a lot of flowers in the print and the little bands for the socks are just lovely. And the socks are kept in place as well. The skirt has some lace and several layers of prims (its only one skirt but made of many prims). A system skirt was also used but the gap between the system skirt and the top gets covered with the obi so it looks fine.

The poses on the pictures are all contained in the Geisha AO from ## CI ## Animations. Its a great ao with many many poses. Included are also an ao which could be used with a fan (there are fans included) and one for parasols. The poses in the ao seem to be perfect for a kimono. That means the legs are very close to each other all the time so that they do not peek through. I have not tested the ao yet with a long kimono but i suppose it will be perfect for a long one as well. Using it with the short Kimono it looked very cute and elegant at the same time. And there are several versions of the ao included. So there is an extra version of the ao for smaller avis in the set.

Look of the day

I haven't made a look of the day post for ages. So here a current one. The most important part of the outfit are the socks in my opinion. They are unique with the little bugs and flowers. The dress comes from lika ruby and is worn on two layers. The jacket comes from mnk it could be worn with long, middle and short sleeves. And the cane with animations comes of course from CI. Childrenbooks? not with me

Alith D`Dragonor didn`t mind being a darkelf. But what really annoyed her was that she had to go to a school where she should learn to become the perfect nanny. Lots of female dark elves have been asked to attend such a school. After reaching their degree they hid their ears, used special glasses and lots of makeup to aply at human families for a job. This was quite important as so they easily could kidnap children for the joy of their relatives. Alith hated humans so she was absolutly not intrested in eating them. "Why should i eat something i hate?" she often asked her parent but they didn t care at all about their bizzare offspring. On good days they asked "you don`t want that finger could i have it? " but normaly they just ignored her.
So she had to go to that nanny school every day and she hated it. One day she was asked to write down five famous human children books and wasn`t able to have anything in mind but "where the wild things are". That was the moment when she had enough.
She grabbed one of the scythes from the wall (she and her classmates used them normaly to fight against each other on the roof of the school) and used it to cut off her dress.
Then she ran out of the room. When seeing a female human of her size she knocked that girl down and stole her shoes and the strange vehicle she was using.
First she felt a bit insecure with it.
But soon she was able to use the skateboard correctly. She smiled for the first time in her life (it was more an odd grin) and thought "i like that".
Some minutes later she tried her first jumps. And the next year all she won all important skateboard contests.

For this blog entry i used a skin i won in the fantasy faire flickr contest. It comes in 4 versions, black brows, white brows and those with and without hair at the most intimate parts of the body. The skateboard is of course from Draneqo. Its a custom one with a Elfenlied theme. Elfenlied is a very nice and very bloody anime. Its the coolest skateboard i ever had in second life and its so much fun to use it. Customs from Draneqo start at 500 Linden. So if you like to have your own special sk8board send a message to DQ3 Jonstone. For the tricks i used the skatehud from the same firm. You could also have a look at their blog.
The dress is a gift in the good shit hunt from Show me on the Doll. It was the dress which made me have the idea of how to combine a dark elf and a skateboard. Its very well made and as shown its possible to skate while wearing it.
The blackboard is on the lucky board at *~MMGraffiti's~*. Its possible to change the text on it - you simply have to upload an other texture for it.

## CI ## Animations make great animation overriders, i love the idea to combine aos with fitting objects. Like the magic carpet ao.

For the fantasy fair they built something new. A rocket rider ao for girls. The rocket is attatched at the arm and contains 25 animations with copy and mod rights.

The poses are all very pinup like. So this rocket is fun. I first thought that it might be possible to build an object of a similar size and use it with the ao but i was told that this would be tricky as the rocket is scripted.
