Fashioncentric & Spessart

I recently joined the Fashioncentric group which is new to me and I want to share it with you too! There are many group notices that inform you of latest releases, events & competitions and if that's not exciting enough there's  is a room in which to pick up some fabulous weekly freebies! but what I'm looking forward to is the forthcoming hunt that starts on the 1st April which I shall be covering nearer the time. Autumn colours

Loving the autumn fashions that are making their way into all the stores the moment and in particular this  lovely vibrant red hair which is a Red seal hunt gift from Raspberry Aristocrat, the hunt gift also includes an outfit by the way. The scarf  from Zeerys THE best scarf store in the whole of SL is also a gift from the same hunt. Oh oh and the glasses which are fantastic and part of the taste of SL weekly event by Acid & Mala come with 5 wear options - a fabulous thoughtful idea, I particularly like the option to wear them on a chain around your neck.

Barefooting

Just on my regular quest for great quality fabulous bargains I came across a little store called amato,  a little freebie/dollarbie store where I picked up these amazing shorts and eyes (take a closer peek at the peepers below). There are other items for men & women, but I especially like the eye selection.

I dropped in on one of my regulars, The Fashion Garret where i've discovered some of my favourites designers. I never seem to be able to leave that place without buying something! and of course I grabbed this great group gift but also this divine hair by Angel hair, and if you haven't already grabbed the latest fantastic group gift at Coco then go grab this barefeet now they're a definite must have!

Ready for a day at the beach?

As the post title asks, are you ready for a day at the beach? oh yes I am! got my drinks, snacks and book, what more can I ask for? don't say sun because it never rains at the beach in SL yahoooo! well haven't I gone and got some great stuff for you again! so what if the shirt from 22769 is at the locker room a place for great deals on mens clothing  - do It bother me? not a bit as it fits me like a glove thank you very much! ( available for 2 weeks so scoot quick!) , the outfit comes with some great cargo pants too not worn here. After chatting with friends I decided to take a nostalgic trip to one of my old fav places as a noob 'the free dove' and was thrilled to find a whole outfit from Pig wow!  so enough chatter lets get to the credits..

This week I set myself a goal of finding cute & quality items for less than 50L, Ok yeah I'm poor until payday already, but I love to pick up a bargain at the best of times, so in this post everything is free or less than 50L yahoo! I can't stop wearing these shoes from Urban warehouse in the mix & match hunt, it's not often I wear things more than once, as much as I say i'm going to , but I can't take these off! Also don't miss the sale at Pesca where I picked up these loooovely trousers........see you later i'm off to hunt for more bargains!

Big yellow taxi

Is it a while since I blogged under a song title? or do I just do it all the time? but it makes me wonder how many would recognise is it as a song, or even which version you prefer. Well anyway it keeps me amused :) Today i'm sporting a bit of a biker girl look, since my tomboy look was so popular. I did want to find a spot to take a picture with a bike, but when I saw this taxi I couldn't miss the opportunity to do the song title thing...sorry.

Half in winter stepping into spring I decided to go for gold and why not? always aim high I say! so whilst out shopping I stumble across a few little beauty bargains that I wasn't expecting....don't you just love those! Look of the day

Well here is my look of the day, with a very ethnic feel, it's something that I would wear in real life.My dear blogger friend Dagmar asked if I would like to do a 'look of the day' post. I think it is designed to share a bit about ourselves as bloggers ( although I could be totally off the mark here). Like Dagmar I also have a love of oriental/ethnic style clothes as they seem to love their bold prints and bright colours, and this lovely little dress on the lucky board at Awram Viie is no exception.

It's interesting how peoples opinions differ when it comes to SL, some like to express themselves in a way that they wouldn't be able to in real life , however I can't seem to do that I always pick clothes that reflect the real life me. For example I was drawn to this outfit for the colours , something which my real life wardrobe is full of because apparently i'm prediposed to being a 'winter', ...that's according to my friend who is a colour analyst and believes we all fit into certain 'colour types' that seem to fit the seasons of the year...odd you might think but when she told me what colours I subconciously are drawn to I found that she was quite correct, lucky guess maybe ....having seen the outfits I wear?

Finally culottes!! ok so with this whole outfit they're a little more like hareem pants, but they're culottes really they are! IZM has come good yet again, and not only by providing us culottes (yeah yeah the culotte thing was a personal challenge of mine) but they put them on the lucky board! eeeeeeeeeek! so they come complete with the belt and cute embroidered bag attached, also with the leggings with tie around the knee.I have a feeling these with be a firm favourite of mine for a long time.

In which I grab my purse and head to the shops

It's not often you can say that when you pick up your purse that it has more in it than the last time you looked! but that happened to me today and I think it was the work of pixies, I love pixies! ;P If you want a purse like mine (contents excluded) go grab this group gift at autre. Whilst you're out pick up this shirt on the lucky board at !1mm. There are 2 different coloured versions at the both stores and come with a tie, however I detached it and added a scarf instead. I picked up this pink version at the main store.

Pretty Green

Just an excuse to make a song I love fit the title of a blog post really....well, that and the fact that my outfit is very pretty , um and also green! very green...Oh dear! anyway this gorgeous dress that I wear is a new store opening gift at !1MM. Yes that store that I almost always blog about in every post, well how can I not when the place is full of such fantastic items at bargains prices!

Nem

Exploring an elegant city being more or less perfectly dressed for that. The sim where i took that picture is named Metropolitan Commonwealth of Nem. It reminds me on old comics and an anime i liked very much, Robotic Angel. Lika Ruby has opened a new mainstore. The brown dress with the flowerpattern and the chessbox pattern is the opening gift. Its amazing that it could look great to put flowers over such a chessbox pattern. It could be either worn very short or in a longer version. The collar comes in two versions either with buttons or without. The blue scarf is a groupgift from zeery. Zeery is a store which has some really great colourful items. Tops, Scarfs and stuff like that. Its worth to visit it.

Winter in the garden

After snow fall the garden looked very very different. And it was also very cold so the scarf was a good thing to wear. But at the end it was smarter to wear a poncho instead of a short top. So it was still possible to enjoy a cold breeze on the arms but not getting to cold at the same time.
The pale skin with the red lips from . It fits very well to winter. The black trousers and the leg warmers are from Ibizzare. The textures of the trousers are great and the legwarmers are very well made and have those cute little flowers. The scarf, the top and the poncho are 5 Linden items from Zeery. Those items are cute in my opinion. The poncho is resizeable and well i have payed more for scarfs in a similar quality. The name of the scarf is also great "Aurora Australis".
