It was time for the opening. Nistra Ophelia Sami had a good feeling. And so did her little friends. They were running the salon for private music recommondations now for some years and with every year they got more customers. Many of them were musicians who had lost their creativity. Nistra somehow knew what to let them listen to inspire them. It was a rare talent and so she could have been able to demand high rates. Of course she didn't do so. Helping musicians to create what they could do best was what she had been born for. Now and then people in extra fancy clothes visited her little store and tried to make her work with them. She rarely was willing to do so. Not because she disliked the record companies those people worked for more because the effects she caused on the people they sent to her were to odd. At least in her opinion. It was like she made them burn so that they made one or two songs which were nice and after that even she wasn't able to inspire them anymore. And who had ever heard about a muse who cared to create one hit wonders?
The wonderfully creative and talented Aphrodite Outlander is back to the grid not only to move her first store Perse (which had some really great boots) to the marketplace but also to open a new store for mesh clothes : L'APH. The fleur grande dress is one of the first releases from there. It comes in all the standard sizes and is available in a wide range of coulors. For those who love shades of blue and green the blue dress is perfect. It has a pink border which allows to combine it with accessories and shoes in the same tone. The ones used for the outfit are pretty old but still great and come from Ingenue. Being made of sculpts their price is reasonable.
Booshies does not only take part in the finding fab free hunt. They also got new Lil'PetZ in their gatcha. The pet on the head is called Fentrili and in 6 different versions in the gatcha while the one on the shoulder is called Girecko and the gift in the finding fab free hunt which will run till the end of september.
The hair is made by Wasabi Pills. It is unrigged mesh hair which allows to resize it. The hair comes with a hud which allows to choose different colours for the hairslides. The cut goes as well with kawaii style as with business outfits.

Dance with demons

The club was the most popular one in the town. People came from all over the country just to have a look at it. Of course most of them had no chance to get past the doorman. Often there was somebody screaming in anger and this was one of the reasons for the existance of the club. Humans were so entertaining when they were angry. And eventhe recation of those who were allowed to go into the club were delicious. The club had been founded by Sabitha. Some called her the queen of the night. Her crown was famous and rumors that it wouldn't be a crown but horns triggered even more interest. She herself mainly loved pink and the feeling of souls falling around her.

The Inferno Horns from Wasabi Pills are available for a long time. But its rare to see them in other colours than the dark tones. There are actually 12 textures to choose with the help of a script inbuilt into the horns. A nice addition is the possibility to choose how much grey should be added. The texture used for the horns on the picture is the neon pink one. The unrigged mesh hair also comes from Wasabi Pills. The version on the picture has only been available for a limited time but it is of course still available in the normal Wasabi Pills colours. The whole outfit is kept in pink. The dress with the jacket are made of mesh and come from 22769. It is available in the standart sizes. The textures used are very pretty especially the ones on the jacket make one imagine how the fabric would feel in reality. The combination of the jacket and the dress cause that the outfit looks elegant although the dress is pretty short.  It could go well at an elegant party or at an evening at the beach. There are also other colours available. Currently the outfits are sold at the ArisAris Summer Fashion Festival. The pink clutch is also an item from 22769 but not available in this colour anymore.
A demon would be nothing without some claws and the ones from ni.ju are not only available in several colours it is also possible to tint the colours of the nails. To go with the outfit the ones on the picture are the white ones with nails tinted in pink.
Ingenue does not only create wonderful dresses, their shoes are always worth a try. And of course this outfit needed classy shoes in a fitting colour. The Gatsby Heels in fushcia are the perfect choice. They are made of mesh and look business like.
Without good poses it would not be possible to take good pictures. The one used for this one comes from Purple Poses. It is sold at the current Zombie Popcorn Carnival.

It was a beautiful day. Eliza had spend it at the beach. The people there knew her allready. She was that girl with the bone. Thats what they called her. It was wrong. The truth was she was the dog with the bone who looked like a girl. She never talked much the bone was also a good excuse. It was the only which she still had from her first owner. It was in the late 1970ties when they met. Eliza had run away from her mother and the fellow puppies as those always pestered her. And somehow a magician found her. It was the time when people said that they would believe in magic but in truth only believed in powerful drugs. The perfect time for a true magician to live less like an hermit. With her dogmind Eliza wasn't able to understand what really was going on but then her owner transformed her. Maybe because he thought that it would be horrible to see her die so soon as dog years are so much shorter than human years or because of reasons a normal human could not imagine. Changing the shape also changed Eliza. She became smarter but the rites of the humans still were a mystery to her. And some habits she simply couldn't change. She still loved to chew on bones and was as faithful as only a dog could be. Of course it was her master who died first. Some hippies finally found out that the tricks he showed them were real and killed him when he was not willing to abuse his powers. Since then she was alone. With the time she learned to deal with her human body quite well but still she didn't manage not to carry now and then a bone around. 
The Gallery Gift Shop is one of the cutest monthly events in second life. Its a mix of a gallery and a shopping event. Kumaki Glasses Style is one of the stores which take part in it for a long time. For this round of the event they made a bone which is worn between the lips. It has a tag on it which says "Im your dog". The bone is made of non rigged mesh. So are the crowns which are worn around the wrists from DownDownDown. The set is available in a metalic version and one which reminds on water. The outfit is the current groupgift from 22769, a store which besides this also takes part in the Gallery Gift shop. The gift is an alternative looking outfit for guys and girls. It includes a top which can be worn with and without primsleeves, trousers and a belt. The boots come from Duh! and are currently available at the Zombie Popcorn Brand event. They have of course a resizescript and include not only an alphalayer but also invisible prims for those who do not use a viewer which can handle alphas.
The design with the tattoos on it is great and they are even unisex.
The pose on the first picture and the scooter on the second picture are available on the same event. The pose comes from Purple Poses and the scooter from !Bang. The scooter includes six poses. Its a loveply poseprop which has to be rezzed which makes it possible to use for photographers. The only problem I had dealing with it was that I didn't understand the notecard with the posesettings inside of it so I was not able to adjust the poses. But it looks very lovely and I guess with a bit testing it should work to adjust the poses. It is possible to test the scooter in the store.
The Hair from Wasabi Pills is called Lola. It is made of rigged mesh. The set includes it in a boobs and a normal version although its rigged for women so its more a bigger and a not so big boobs version. It also comes with a hud which allows to choose between 15 designs for the scarf and 14 for the bands which hold the braids together.
The skin and the shape come both from Adam and Eve. The shape was a gift there sometime ago and isn't available anymore but the skin still is.  It is called Victoria and the used version is the sunkissed one.

The night was like all nights before. Calm, nearly no wind. With her highly sensitive sensors X-II-218 was able to hear the singing of some strange cults which prayed to machine gods. If she hadn't been forced to wear the collar X-II-218 easily could have been one of those gods. But she was controlled by humans. Her state wouldn't change for the next 20 years at least then she would be free to explore what ever she wanted. It was a deal every artificial intellegence had to make with those who created them. All of them were property at least for 50 years. The first ones had been owned all the time but as soon some humans realized that those beings were machines but with consciousness they wanted to liberate them. So now all artificial intellegences were asked a moment after they had been turned on if they would like to be shut off again or if they aggreed to work until the coasts for their creation would be repayed. X-II-218 worked as undercover cop. At the moment she looked like one of the beings who normaly lived on a planet with the name Terra-Sol-00BFFF. There had been rumors that those would sell drugs to humans. It wasn't interesting for her but maybe those strange machine sects might be useful soon. Some time ago Adam and Eve released a wonderful line of fantasy skins called Amaris. They are available in several colours. The blue one used for the pictures is great to use it as base for a water or as in this case for a robot like avatar. As all Adam and Eve skins the set includes makeups, nailpolish and more.The darkblue lipstick for example belongs to the set itself. Amaris is one of those skins which work with many shapes so I took the pictures using my own shape and really like the result.
The hair is the Teeloh  hair by Wasabi Pills in aquatic. The texture of the hairbase which comes with it is great. It makes one imagine how it might feel under the fingers.
The clothes come from a store called Apricot Paws. Its one of those small stores with great clothes. Those silks are very versatile so its possible to wear them in several ways. They even go well in combination with the cyberishs boots and accessory made by Ezura Xue (eX). Apricot Paws also sells mesh sweater which are definitly worth a look. The silks themself come on several layers and can be worn without the loincloth. For the pictures I copied the loincloth prim and attached it also on the backside.

The sport lesson had been as annoying and torturing for her as usual. Not that she did not like to move and to run but her classmates were always unkind to her and so was her teacher. And at this day it had been too much. The had made fun of her again. This time they mocked because she did not catch a ball. And this time she had enough. Not even grabbing her bag she walked out of the building and kept walking. Until she reached the forest. But although her steps became slower she kept wandering. She was able to feel the wetness of the ground through the thin soles of her shoes and enjoyed the scent of the trees. It was calm and she felt secure. Until she saw the satyr.

Wasabi Pills takes part at the 2nd round of the Zombie Popcorn brand event. They made a cute hair with two long braids for the event. The hair is made of rigged mesh so the braids keep laying on the avatar's chest even while moving the head and do not cut into the body. There are two versions of the hair included one for avatar with boobs and one for those with bigger boobs. The outfit also comes from the Zombie Popcorn brand event. It has been created by Belote and contains the top and the shorts. The prim parts are mod, the top comes on the jacket and the shirt layer and the pants on the pants and the undies layer. It goes well with combat boots and like on the picture with sneaker boots. Those boots come from Duh and are great for modern outfits. The skin and the shape come both from Adam and Eve. Preparing for the big night

The theatre was way bigger than she had expected it. But that would only mean more applause for her. Finally she was getting the credits she always had wanted. For two years she had been singing in a dirty old club, a distraction while the strippers changed their costumes. But then a boss of a record company had heard her. After that everything changed quickly. Now she would sing for people who had not even looked at her some months ago. Not that she cared. She knew they would never be able to even feel the soul as she did. And the soul was the only thing what really mattered to her.

Etta James died some days ago. She had been one of the big voices of blues, soul and more genres. Because of this Adam n Eve released a tribute skin and shape which will be available for free until the 23th of January. The look of this combination is very sweet. The skin is well made as all Adam n Eve skin and as much as I dislike using other shapes than my normal one I really love this one. The proportions are great and of course it fits perfectly to the skin. To get a diva but still playful look I used the Taleen hair from Wasabi pills and the Just swing dress from Icing. The Hair is asymetric with a ponytail which is wrapped around one side of the neck. It is made of mesh so it does not through the body. The dress comes with a fitting hat and as everything from elegance it is pure sophisticated elegance. The hat also belongs to the set. The pose which has been used for the picture comes from Purple Poses.

NX-74/7PQ

NX-74/7PQ was in love. It was the only logical conclusion she managed to find. She was not sure if she should be happy or confused so the cyborg decided to have both emotions. NX-74/7PQ had not supposed to feel those feelings anymore. She had been a victim of the 3rd imperial war. When being asked if she would be willing to be transformed into a cyborg she had been more than willing and there hadn't been much left of her human body anyways. The scientists were always surprised how well she was able to deal with her cybernetic parts and even more about how well she dealt with the pain. Of course none of them ever talked so much with her to find out that she had given birth to three children. And the pain she had gone through at every birth had been way more intense than having to deal with new limbs.

But now she was in love and did not know what to do. On the one hand it was painful but on the other hand it was a great feeling. Should she tell him about her feelings or not? She prefered to keep her emotions for herself. On the other hand he was a cyborg like her. NX-74/7PQ found herself giggling like a 14 year old girl. She had given up most of her human body but did that mean that she also had to give up her human emotions? She hardly remembered her old name she had given it up as well as the nightmares of her children. Although most of her body was cybernetic she still ate normal food and to her big surprise the other cyborg seemed to search for her company. She found out that his name was MR-X47/11Q. Some time later as they were on a mission together to save some alien artefacts he told her that his name was Peter. Hers was Anne.

The creativity people share in second life is amazing. Sometimes there are items which are simply surprising in the quality of the textures. The items from ND/MD definitly belong into this category. The store sells all kinds of skins, shapes and more. The suit, the facemask, the shape and the boots come from their Scifi line. As written before the quality of the textures is stunning. The suit has many details and the metal looks like polished metal should look. The suit comes on the undies, socks, undershirt and gloves layer. So its possible to wear other layers over it for example a jacket to take care that all cybernetic parts are kept warm. The boots come with two kinds of bootlegs a bigger and a smaller one. They go of course perfectly with the suit and although they have high heels they are stable enough for any adventure in outerspace. The mask connects perfectly with the suit. And also the connection lines of the parts of the suit are nearly not visible which shows very well how impressive the quality of the designs from ND/MD is. The suit is sold in many versions. The store also sells cyborg skins and the items are not only available for women. There are versions for men as well - and of course the boots for them aren't high heels. The hair is the Vicky Hair from Wasabi Pills. To let it look a bit more cyborgish I put the glow on 0.2 and the shinyness on low. I would never have had such an idea myself but the creator of the suit told me that it would look great, so I tested it and had to agree. As skin I used Posy Pale Kitty from Adam n Eve.

Gifts from a Dragon

She had loved the dragon and his gifts. And this year his gift had been amazing. The dragon molted all twelve years and this year he had choosen her to give her his old skin. Thin scales covered it and it was nearly sheer. She was impressed.

Even more when she realized how stable it was. It was the perfect material for a dress which would be stunning but at the same time more protecting than a thick armor made of metal. She needed some time to make a fitting belt and a collar out of a meteorite. But at the end the dress was perfect. The dragon was content when seeing it. He was a very good and useful friend. And one virgin a year in exchange for his friendship was not a too high price in her opinion.

The dragonskin gown is one of the latest releases from Adam n Eve. As typical for outfits from this store it is possible to wear it in many ways. The set includes two kinds of skirts a wide and a narrow one. The bra comes either as full bra or with one side of it pulled down so that one breast is not covered. It is also possible to wear the top, which looks like waves made of scales, to wear without the bra under it. The pants which are worn under the skirt come in a long and in a panties version. All systemparts come on all layers. And it was easy to make the skirt fit even my not so tall avatar. The dress is available in several colours and it is also possible to buy all those colours at once in a fatpack. The skin I used for the pictures also comes from Adam n Eve it is the Victoria Skin in sunkissed. I love the elegance of the face of this skin. The shading of the body and the face is perfect. The skin comes with many makeups, eyebrows and pubic hair options on the tattooo layer and includes also several manicure and pedicure options on the glove and the sock layer. The makeup on the picture is not included in the skin but one of my favourite makeups. It also comes from Adam n Eve and looks like there would be little flowers painted around the eyes.

Time for poppys

She was so glad that it was finally spring. The grass felt so good under her bare feet and she also had managed to get a bit tan allready. Well she had been in the sunstudio once or twice but this did not really matter.

She loved the wind in her hair and the dress she had picked for the day was perfect for the weather and the surrounding. Tonight she would be the star of the party. So it was good to have a relaxing walk before having to wear high heels the whole night.

This wonderful asymetric dress with the poppy pattern belongs to the 22769 spring collection. It is mod so its possible to make it fit smaller avatars. Over the shoulder it is worn with a prim part. This lets it look more elegant. Around the waist the dress is worn with a leather belt. As most dresses from 22769 three prim parts have been used for the skirt. One normal skirt and two parts which are worn at the legs. So its not possible that the bare legs are seeable when moving.

The lovely skin with the freckles comes from Adam n Eve. It is available in several versions. The skin is available in four tones and comes with dark and light eyebrows and pubic hair on the tattoo layer - without the eyebrows are red. There are 12 makeup versions available. I like the girl next door look a lot. The shadeing of the skin is very well made. On the upper picture are some makeups of the skin in tan and on the lower some of the pale version of the skin. All sets include a version with normal and one with enhanced cleavage. A nice little extra are the included tattoo layers for the fingernails.
The hair with the two pony tails comes from Emo-tions. It floats very nicely and is cute. The hair on the lower picture comes from Wasabi Pills.

Make up your eyes

I love the makeup layer. Its just great to give the Avatar a unique look without having to use an other skin than one's favourite skin. Sometimes its nice when just the lips get an other colour but i like massive makeup for the eyes best. So im stunned by the new makeups from Adam n Eve. They are big i would say and also striking. I like also the elegance of the lines a lot. Makeup: Adam n Eve Goth Tattoo Buttons & Bows (100$)

This one has much Kajal of course there wasn t anything changed at the lips (much Kajal and lipstick wouldn t work and the creator has taste). On that way the eyes remind me a bit on butterflys. And its impressing that it has been managed to create the look of little stones just with using texture.

Here are even more stones used. I think this one might be great for a roleplay character. Maybe its even playable that all those diamonds have a special function. Like enabling that the character could sense something humans normaly can't sense. The eyeshadows is also very nice and the little red dots fit well. I have to admit i would never have the patience to paint and glue such an artwork into my face in rl. So its great to have it in second life and that just with putting on a makeup layer and without annoying fights with prims.

There are some available with little leaves. This one has violet and black ones. In my opinion they fit well to fairy characters of maybe wood elves. Its also stunning here how much the apparance of the face gets changed just through the makeup layer. There are some more designs available at the store and its definitly worth to take a look. And at the moment there is also a gift in the store. A makeup layer with a little heart for the cheek.

Santa Lucia for black haired girls

As its summer now its a good time to start to train for santa lucia. So i spend some time with walking gracefully around singing Santa Lucia songs. The owl pressed her eyes closed and i suppose she also wished to be able to close her ears too. But then i saw myself mirrored in the window and thought "oh no only blond girls could be Santa Lucia". So i decided that there also must be a Santa Nocturna and changed my dress. Instead of a white one i picked a black one. The owl looked a bit irritated when i started to sing "Santa Nocturna" instead of "Santa Lucia".

The black dress comes with different skirts and of course pants in different lengthes to wear under the skirts. Its nice with the shawl around the hips.

What i like to add is that the pants which are included in the outfit fit very well to other clothes. So with a tanktop and some tattoos they make a good outfit to go skateboarding in.

The white dress which reminded me somehow on Santa Lucia comes also with different skirts. The long ones are very elegant and the short one is rather sexy.
