We Love Role-Play - Wampyre

She was beautiful. She was tall, slim and sinuous. She was queen among her subjects. Yet, she was unhappy and bitter. Who wouldn’t be, she thought, when you cannot leave your underworld realm? She was born a vampire, a lovely princess with alabaster skin and delicate ivory fangs, a creature of the night to behold and dread. Yet, his father’s rule was weakening by the day... people were becoming more courageous and inventive, they didn’t use garlic and crucifixes any more, they shot vampires with silver bullets instead.

His father wanted to kill three birds with one stone when he decided his daughter should marry a dwarf princeling from one of the underground kingdoms nearby. She would be safe from ruthless humans, she could avoid lethal sunlight and, last but not least, her father could forge a precious alliance with the dwarves. Under the hill she went, and there she would remain until the end of her days, which was eternity. Well, at least she was waited on hand and foot by her diligent servants... and dinnertime was close. “What did they catch for me today?” – she wondered. ”A fat peasant? An able-bodied blacksmith? Some tender little girl?” She silently licked her lips. Living underground had a pleasant side, too.

Ears: „Young Elven Ears” by 22769 – originally the ears were available at the Fantasy Faire but, after some ruthless pestering, Paco and Manuel agreed to include them in the stock permanently available at their main shop. They are still working on the setup so please be patient for a day or two; I’ll let you know when the ears are for sale.

Eyes: “Underworld Eyes” in Obsidian by Sterling Artistry - these creepy and brilliant eyes were first offered for sale at a previous Fantasy Faire; now they make part of the ordinary stock available in the main shop (65 L$).

Hair: “Mako” by Schön – the hair was a hunt gift and it’s not available any more, but try “Ran” instead, it’s quite similar (200 L$).

Fangs: “Fangs” by ni.Ju – a freebie available in the main shop (0 L$).

Poses: “Gown” by !Musa! – I’m still using Filomena Quinnell’s lovely poses from her FF blogger pack; you can find them in her shop for 30 L$ each.

The pictures were taken in the catacombs at The Valley of Ish’nar, the location where the second part of the Key of Hope hunt is running until May 19^th.

Wrong Time

It had started some years ago. Lights wandering around in the garden in the night. Ghosts were normal in this area. Every bigger house had one or two of them. Sometimes people even tried to get a second ghost when they had allready one. Like those beings would be lonely bunnies or cats. Often this ended not too well with ectoplasm all over the place. Ghosts did not want to share their territory. And some seemed to be quite happy to be alone. But all of them had in common that they only appeared in the night. This one was for some time still active in the early morning and then she stayed longer and longer until she was wandering around all night and day. She didn't do anything which was aggressive or threatening in any way. But then people thought that she was a human well one with a bit strange skin colour but human. And somehow she seemed to interact with people. Which was annoying. Not that she waved to people who walked nearby she also accepted the neighbours post. The first had been bearable but the second was not acceptable. It seemed like it was time to get a second ghost.

Fashion for Life is still going on. The sims are pretty and worth a look. The kimono gown on the picture is one of the donation items from Schön. It has a cut at the side and can be worn on several ways. I like the option to wear it with a collar with a cape or without that cape. The skirt is included in several versions and the obi can be worn with and without the bow. The shape is an other fashion for life item. It comes from Sophistishapes. The set contains also a shape to use with system skirts and a modelshape. It goes pretty well with the skin from Katsucide. The skin is available in several makeups. All sets contain a version with and one without cleavage.
Today many stores which take part at fashion for life set one or more items on 55 L$. So its a chance to make a bargain there.
The hair is the latest release from Wasabi Pills. Its called Kumi and also available in a version with a pony tail at the side. Its very cute and as always available in many colours. Beside this its made of mesh and well rigged. The set contains two sizes one for avatars with bigger boobs and one for those with a bit less.

Beings in the mist

The days at which the fog lifted were rare. Eideann did not care about this anyways. She knew that the beings which hid in the dust were most likely more afraid of her than she of them. As child she flipped when starting to see all the creatures but she soon figured out that they only saw her when she directly looked at them. Some of them tried to steal energy from her others just wanted to talk with her. She usually killed the ones who wanted her energy and for the others she wore a blindfold.

The henna jackets from Miamai just look great. This one is the black version of it. It looks like a normal elegant jacket with short tails on the back and the options to wear a feather collar. They consist of a jacket layer which keeps the bits covered and primparts for the jacket, sleeves and for the feathers. It can be worn with and without the feathers. All the prim parts are mod. The other items have all been blogged some time ago. But I have to admit that I really like the combination of the tattoo and the hair and so I used them again. The blindfold has been in a gatcha at the fashion fest it might be not available anymore. But illusions sells a very pretty one too. The thong belongs to a complete set thats why it is so expensive but there might be stores which sell single thongs.

Wrapped

She was waiting. Of course she could have been wearing more but she wasn't intrested in that. She was thankful that he was willing to share her love for a game she allready had loved as child. Hide and seek. She was obsessed by it. He wasn't but she had some ideas how to keep him intrested in it.

The giftoutfit is one of the latest releases from schön. It comes on all layers. The textures are well shaded. To close the band there is a bow at the leg. The designer managed to create a nearly seamless connection between the shirt and the trousers layer. I like that nearly the whole body is wrapped into the band. The asymetric look which is created by only wrapping one leg makes it even more intresting. The outfit is called ILY which is the short form of I love you.

Dressed wrong

Amalia always wanted to spend her holidays at the beach. She loved to spend a lot of time sleeping in the warm sand while her skin became tan. But this time she somehow got into the wrong plane and landed in the mountains. She was not really happy. The landscape was great and the weather was too but there was no beach and she only could spend her time wandering. But she only had dresses for the beach with her. So she spend her time running up and down the mountains to avoid to freeze.

Schön released an other dress which is free in second life but put out free with the intent that the ones who get it donate in real life to help those who are suffering in Japan. Its a short summery outfit with a bikini like top and a short skirt. The skirt is made of three primparts. The texture of the dress looks metalic.

Gebet in gold

Spending some time with exploring ruins.

Schön also released a golden version of the gebet gown. It is build like the blue one, the skirt is being made of three parts and all prim parts are mod which makes it possible that it should fit every avatar. Saya Littlething also asks to donate in real life when getting this gown. The dress will be available till 15th May.

Blue Prayer

It was hard do be the bridesmaid at the wedding of the man she loved. She had managed to controll herself all the time but after the meal she was not longer able to do so. So she walked out and watched the flowers in the wind while crying a bit.

This wonderful gown comes from schön. Saya Littlething the owner of schön put the gown out for free but she asks the ones who get the gown to donate in the real life for those who suffered from the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Saya wrote some words about the gown on her storeblog which are worth reading. The gown is called "Gebet" which is the german word for prayer. It is a very pretty gown. The flowers at the chest are mod so I was able to adjust them so that they fit. I like the floating design of the dress too. This makes it good for pictures. The top comes on the jacket and the shirt layer.

Pink with feathers

Visiting the beach in winter just wearing a elegant dress with feathers. It is snowing but sometimes fresh air is just more important than avoiding to freeze.

I posted the hunt gift from schoen from the fashion for life hunt some time ago. So here some of their donation items. The white short dress comes with three kinds of skirts. A normal one and a short and long frill skirt. The set also includes a hat. The cape with the rose in the middle is very nice.
The pink gown also comes with two skirts. A short and a long one. One side of the gown is open and covered only with bands. A band of feathers runs from the shoulder to the hip.

Blindfolds are a great accessory. So its a cool thing that Schoen has some as gatcha items at fashion for life.

Saya Littlething the owner of Schoen is japanese. Her family was near the epicenter when the earthquake and the tsunami happend. Please include her and her family in your thoughts. She is a very dear and kind person and made me nearly cry when she apologized for not having replied earlier to my first review on her fashion for life items. Such a horrible disaster and she apologizes for having been busy with her real life. I hope that as many lives as possible could be saved and that a miracle happens and it somehow works to get those atomic powerplants back under control.

Smoking in a jacket

Smoking a cigar while thinking about which pictures might fit best at the walls. And not being worried at all about the consequences smoking might have for the health. Being able to smoke rings is a good reason to be proud too.

As much as i dislike smoking in real life i love to smoke in second life. I love elegant cigarette holders, impressive cigars and sloppy cigarettes which hang out of the mouth. And in second life all of this is possible with having to cough, causing cancer and getting smelly hair. So my avatar smokes without feeling guilty at all (as dragon its also natural to smoke). This cigar comes from the gentleman store. It has several kinds of smokes which could be activated, rings, smoke which gets blown out of the mouth or nose or for the intensive smoker it is even possible to smoke out of the ears.
The jacket is the hunt gift from schoen in the fashion for life hunt. I had to look around a bit till i found it. The huntitems in this hunt cost between 10-100Linden. It comes with several versions of the prim parts so it was not needed to adjust it. The texture is quite unique and it goes very well with black.
I think i blog the rest of the outfit quite often, i really like it. Its from devious mind and normaly for dancing on a stage or to lay around on a pretty red couch.
