Fashioncentric & Spessart

I recently joined the Fashioncentric group which is new to me and I want to share it with you too! There are many group notices that inform you of latest releases, events & competitions and if that's not exciting enough there's  is a room in which to pick up some fabulous weekly freebies! but what I'm looking forward to is the forthcoming hunt that starts on the 1st April which I shall be covering nearer the time. To catch a snowflake

Should the approach of winter be bleak? no! it should be full of wonderful vibrant winter colours! and I love nothing more than fabulous shades of purple and pink! and that's one reason that I was drawn to these amazing boots from Kristica created as a special limited offer for XYROOM (events run for 3 weeks before rotation)

This divine unisex hair is a current group gift at Dura and the scarf is also a group gift at SMS which comes in 2 colours with and without the brooch option. Gotta love this jumper which is a luckyboard item at Bonne Chance, there's also a mens version in green on the boards.

Now I hate to blog items that are no longer available and it annoys me when I see other blog posts that do as it always seems to be that I only want the item that is not available! however sometimes you put a look together and it's only when you go in store to make a slurl that you realise this error. The great news is in the case there are similar alternatives available. The trousers were a halloween gift at Pesca which are no longer available, however there are some very similar ones in different shades if you like the style. Likewise with the skin (former Zombie popcorn hunt item) but if you want a great freebie gift skin, and you do follow the slurl below the eagle eyed amongst you may still be able to catch the recent zombie popcorn hunt item which although has finished now is still in store.

Make mine a Raspberry mule

My latest look I've decided is one of effortless sophistication , a look that says 'just going out for cocktails' in a nonchalant way. It's kind of understated glamour  which was inspired by the skin, yet another great one by Mother Goose's. I just adore the way it looks as if I took a little pot of eyeshadow put some on my eyes then rubbed my finger in the pot and smudged it in a quick but professional manner across my lips.

The dress too is a delight, I like the way it hangs but it's one of those dresses that you'll wear over and over. Yes throw it with a fluffy red cape and you have instant glamour, put on a pair of sandals and a hat and you have a great summer look or equally wear with a pair of tights and a sweet cardigan for a preppy autumn look oh the list is endless!

Don't the shoes just finish the look perfectly? they're amazing, the quality is fantastic and again because there are so many colours they'll go with so many outfits I call them my tutti frooti shoes. *glides away to get her Raspberry mule*

Big yellow taxi

Is it a while since I blogged under a song title? or do I just do it all the time? but it makes me wonder how many would recognise is it as a song, or even which version you prefer. Well anyway it keeps me amused :) Today i'm sporting a bit of a biker girl look, since my tomboy look was so popular. I did want to find a spot to take a picture with a bike, but when I saw this taxi I couldn't miss the opportunity to do the song title thing...sorry.

 I had to grab this zeery scarf well I saw the new releases,. Getting sidetracked

So my little project of blogging mens clothes has been put on the back burned a little, just a temporary thing  I'm sure. Trouble is I can help getting sidetracked! just as I think I have a great outfit that I want to blog, I get a notecard informing me of something new and exciting that I simply must have! well it helps me experiment. As a rookie blogger , to say my editing/photography skills are practically non existent would be a huge under statement! Good thing the bargains are so great! The top from SMS is my favourite item this year, and the 50L friday belt from Miel is a very close second. There are 2 belts of the same design with 4 choices of texture change shades, so in effect you have 8 belts this fantastic for 100L ?! amazing!

Humming bird

There are still many hunts items that I haven't had the chance to wear or blog and so whilst wondering what to team up the beautiful fur jacket from SMS and shoes with socks from Mocha ( both available at the seasons hunt) I thought of the pretty floral dress with black roll neck sweater from Humming.

I forgot all about this wonderful little store, how could I?! Humming has some real cutesy little outfits and so reasonably priced too. What I love about it is there is something for every budget as there are many L$1 items scattered around store, and here are a couple of my favourites.
