Foretelling

Azora sat on the floor stareing through the giant glasses of her visionär. She was the high priest of the order of the knowing phoenix. It was her task to look through the visionär, sooner or later she would become insane because of it. At the moment she was watching an epic battle between bees and ants. With its help she would be able to know the result of a battle which would take part in exactly 301 year 23 days and 8 hours. She somehow was sad that she won't be able to see the real battle but that was a problem all members of her order had. They knew what would happen but they never managed to see the near future.

It forced them to become the best librarians on the whole planet. They had giant hidden libraries of the future. Some of the members of the order had the task to read old prophecies to get an idea what would happen soon. But this was tricky. The ones who made the prophecies had no clue what happened between the time in which they made the prophecy and the time of the prophecy. So it could happen that a descendant of current kings was a chef in the future. Everything was very vague the only thing which was at the end really as they forecasted was the weather. So after a few centuries of killed postmen, marriages between daughters of teachers with sons of clerks and most embarrassing foretelling that a bartender would create a drink called "arithmetic destructor" (he really did but one of his ancestors was a genius so they supposed that he would create a completly new mathematics) they mainly spend their time with forecasting the weather for centuries in the future. They could have stopped but as they did not forecast that they did not really see a reason to do so.

Some outfits are made to be worn without pasties. The black/green gloomy blossom outfit from Brain Circuit Inc. is one of those. It comes on the jacket and trouser layer with modifiable prim parts. The shoes are currently on the midnight mania at Indigo Oddities. They have very pointy heels and fit very well to their name with the frills which remind on a harlequin. The mask was a groupgift at an awesome store with the name Contraption. It isn't available anymore and also will not be sold regularly which is a pity. But this store sells a lot of awesome and unique items like masks, tails and also clothes. They have a section with luckyboards and some cheapies and freebies as well. It is definitly worth to take a look at it as the items are unique and wellmade. And they normaly put out a groupgift for three days when they have a storeupdate.

Make mine a Raspberry mule

My latest look I've decided is one of effortless sophistication , a look that says 'just going out for cocktails' in a nonchalant way. It's kind of understated glamour  which was inspired by the skin, yet another great one by Mother Goose's. I just adore the way it looks as if I took a little pot of eyeshadow put some on my eyes then rubbed my finger in the pot and smudged it in a quick but professional manner across my lips.

The dress too is a delight, I like the way it hangs but it's one of those dresses that you'll wear over and over. Yes throw it with a fluffy red cape and you have instant glamour, put on a pair of sandals and a hat and you have a great summer look or equally wear with a pair of tights and a sweet cardigan for a preppy autumn look oh the list is endless!

Don't the shoes just finish the look perfectly? they're amazing, the quality is fantastic and again because there are so many colours they'll go with so many outfits I call them my tutti frooti shoes. *glides away to get her Raspberry mule*

Four

Here I am representing four variations of four items being, the skin, eyes, tops & headband. The skin which has to be a firm favorite of mine at the moment is Vero Modero's Burch skin, I love the detail as with all Vero Modero items but particularly it has a lovely sheen without looking too oily. I love the luscious pink glossy lips which remains the same in all the 9 variations of skin as does the skin tone, only the eyeshadows vary and all of them are tastefully vibrant colours. What I also adore about this skin is that it has a whole lot of lashes!

Birdy is fast becoming one of my favorite stores of the moment too & currently instore is a whole wall of  these tops. I am wearing just one of the styles of the sculpt tops but showing all four of the different textures, there are other slightly different styles so for example there is a style a bit more ruffle around the top yet doesn't lose the essence of the style - great to have so much choice. Shades of pink

Seems like summer is the time to be hunting and indeed I have! I generally like to cover quite a few items from the hunt that I am currently undertaking, however it's been tricky for me to keep up with them all if I'm honest but here is one you won't want to miss The summer breeze hunt < (check for hints & slurls) it only runs until the end of July so don't waste anytime checking this one out! it's where i picked up this amazing outfit from Izm,  oh and by the way you're looking for a green leaf.

In uniform

Oh would you look at me sat on that whopper cannon! well only a woman in uniform could get away with that and wow what a uniform hey?! There are 4 uniforms to choose from in the military pinups range new at Alexohol Fashions, all very sexy so it's hard to choose! all outfits include the hat, stockings and gloves. This outfit would be awesome for roleplay but actually i've enjoyed zipping around in it too!

 I think the shoes fit perfectly with this outfit but then they could go well with so many other things too . This particular version are amazingly  free in the Black butler hunt, but there a lovely range of colours instore at Lassitude & ennui too, detailing  as usual is incredible so do please go check them out. Ok everybody the Skate N surf hunt starts today so get your skates on! or skateboard or even surfboard! lol. Boho chic

I adore maxi dresses and I find this one from Vera Modera delightful. It ticks all the boxes of what a maxi dress should be for me, but there are so many interpretations of the maxi dress, that i'm sure most people have their own personal preference. Ultimately what I love about maxi dresses, is their versatility.    They can so easily be dressed up or down. So for example here I am wearing a scarf and sandals, for a lovely casual yet chic daytime look, but alternatively you could team it with some wonderful jewelry, heels and and possibly even a bolero jacket for a glamorous evening look. Either way it's statement piece for any occasion.... well perhaps if you were going jet skiing, you might want to tuck it into your knickers!

In which she wears pink hair!

Well I thought pink hair wearing days were over...ok in my 1st life yes but when I saw this subtle pink shade of hair on a luckyboard at D!va I knew I had to have it! and so I teamed it with this 'Marine' look with this marine top, and Marine bermuda pants at Vera Modera . I love the cleverly designed top which looks like it had a prim bodice due to the creased effect, which helps keep my prim count down. Oh and yet another pair of fantastic footwear from Skifija. I know I harp on about them but honestly I've never found shoes as easy to wear, available with so many options, I just LOVE them!

Who says I can't wear that?

My father! that's who always said that to me in my days as a real life student. So when I picked up these boots  from Deco in the menstuff hunt , I knew instinctively what I would wear them with...I'd wear them with exactly what I would have done when I was a student.

  The top part of this outfit is made up of 2 different tops - being a tunic ( from oyakin)  and the long sleeve part is  part of a sweater ( from Emery). Love this tutu style skirt ...which [yes dad] would look sweet with some little ballet pumps.

One of my current pet peeves with clothing in SL is the mini-skirt with the prim panel sandwiched between the legs. But this LeLutka mini-skirt is nicely sculpted so it doesn't look like it's hanging from between your tush. Here I teamed it up with with everyone's favorite - A&M's "Hole" swimsuit/top (layered). Wild ride

The wild cowgirl manages to balance on the wild moose but then she sees a can on a pfost and needs to shoot at it. She tries to pull out her pistol but has to recogize that its only a tattoo.
The moose is at the moment on the midnight mania board at neon frog studios. It is sculpted and made of only 11 prims. And of course it jumps around in the garden tramples on all moles and frogs and sings nasty songs when being drunken. The shirt is from stylesucks a t-shirt store. It looks a bit like having some ropes knoted around the body. I won the hair on a lucky board at D!va. The lowrise trousers are of course from A:S:S:.
